Our fresh seafood flown in 1 / 2 times a week mainly from Japan, to assure freshness and quality. FINDS’ charmed Nordic spirit carries on to its four function rooms suitable for private dining or small-scale celebrations.“Nordic Express” resembles a surreally-designed European train carriage with a large clock on one wall running backwards. “Nordic Winter” exudes elegant atmosphere of luxury and snowy winter romance featuring bright silver seats, white curtains on both sides and frosted glass mirror wall. “Nordic Summer” leaves guests feeling as if they stepped into the Nordic garden in midsummer. The framing of the main section of this room is laden with a peacock feather curtain and flower-lined walls and ceiling. “Hell” is designed in dark and sensual tone, incorporating the use of deep, smooth reds and blacks, irregularly placed long mirrors and human-sized candles. With exclusive views of the open kitchen, it offers the luxury experience of chef’s table where guests will be able to appreciate culinary artists making their masterpieces.

BRAZA Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse – celebrity chef Richard Sandoval’s latest dining experience to arrive in Hong Kong. EAT DRINK LAUGH ENJOY – this is the style of Braza where Churrascaria, the name used to describe a restaurant that serves meat, mostly grilled, and Rodizio - the method of serving different cuts of meat, that originated from the south of Brazil in the early 1800’s, are proudly on show for guest’s to relish. The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of meat, chicken and seafood in succession, to each diner individually right at their table, thus there is no traditional menu, as Braza features an all-you-can-eat continuous tableside service.

208 is located on Hong Kong’s art and antiquing Hollywood Road in the Sheung Wan district, an area akin to New York’s Meatpacking District in its early days, now a blooming art and design scene.

TWENTY SIX by Liberty is an intimate 26-seat chef's-table style venue. With only a dining counter top separating guests from the culinary team, the open kitchen concept allows diners to be entertained by Chef Chris Keung, while watching him and his team skillfully prepare the intricate dishes of the Modern Asian 8-course tasting menu. 

The urban ambience of the venue provides guests with a unique dining experience which is reflective of Chef Keung’s personality. Surrounded by the panoramic view of the city skyline through the floor-to-ceiling windows, guests will be sure to have a special night.
