Spiga is located in the heart of Central. The menu is designed and created by two Michelin Star Chef, Enrico Bartolini, using innovative techniques and quality Italian ingredients. With most of the ingredients coming directly from Italy, the restaurant serves traditional Italian cuisine typically from Lombardy and Piedmont regions. Each dish is prepared using innovative techniques to create intensely flavoured and beautifully plated dishes.

The cinematic 1950s Italian interior design by Joyce Wang Studio will wander diners to various unique thematic spaces capturing the romance and intrigue of vintage Italy. 

Spiga also features private dining rooms, Roma seats up to 24 people, and the secret garden room for up to 10 people.

The Verandah is a celebrated restaurant that brings you fine continental fare in a classic setting, offering a faultless combination of heavenly cuisine, fine wines and discreet, attentive service in true Peninsula style. Sous Vide Factory is a private restaurant located in an industrial building in Kwun Tong. This 1,100 square feet area can hold up to 40 seats. Equipped with wifi, projector, sound system etc, it is perfect for individual or corporate parties and events.

Air|Space, Hong Kong’s most stunning warehouse conversion venue, is situated right at this heart of historic Ap Lei Chau, perched on the edge of the iconic Aberdeen Bay. Dating back to 1888, The Pawn is housed in one of Hong Kong’s most historical buildings. What was once the famous Woo Cheong pawn shop became The Pawn in 2008 and re-opened in collaboration with British celebrity chef Tom Aikens after an extensive refurbishment. Featuring modern British cuisine on the second floor ‘Kitchen’ and handcrafted cocktails and artisanal spirits on the first floor ‘Botanicals’ bar. 

With a permanent art collection curated by well-known Hong Kong artist ‘anothermountainman’ (Stanley Wong) featuring some of Hong Kong’s top contemporary artists, The Pawn has become more than just a dining space.
