The Optimist is a no service charge Northern Spanish-inspired restaurant and Barcelona chic bar located at 239 Hennessy Road. The three-storied restaurant and bar serves Asador-inspired grilled seafood and meat and creative cocktails and drinks with Spanish flair.

We wanted to pay homage to one of Japan's most beloved icons – the sumo wrestler - and re-imagined an izakaya and bar that would be ideal for these cherubic champions to play, relax and drink after a long hard day of wrestling on the mat.

"AMAZAKE" is named after the traditional Japanese drink made from fermented rice. The drink is normally sweet and popular to use in many Japanese food and drink recipes. It's even been considered as a homegrown hangover cure – perfect to chug down after a night out at our izakaya bar.

Casual and unpretentious, Pivo Czech Bar blends simple and classic designs to bring an authentic Czech ambience to Civic Square in Elements. Decorated with bronze beer pipes, patterned tiles and stone table tops, the Bar gives a contemporary yet rustic atmosphere for an unparalleled dining and drinking experience from picturesque Central Europe.
