ITALIAN CAFETERIA IN THE HEART OF LKF - Located on the G/F of the newly-built California Tower, Lan Kwai Fong, in the wildly famous "California" space, the newly-opened Ciao Chow emphasizes a completely open kitchen, pizzeria, coffee bar and full wine bar with rose gold colour features evoking the feeling of Italian.

LATE OPENING HOURS - With its long operation hours – the restaurant is open until 2am on Sundays and weekdays, and until 4am on Friday and Saturday, Ciao Chow is the not-to-be-missed destination for late night diners looking for quality dining.

PIZZERIA - All pizzas are baked in the restaurant’s centerpieces – two specially-imported ovens with the highest degree of 450°C. Ciao Chow's pizzas will soon get the "Verace Pizza Napoletana" Certification, meaning Ciao Chow’s pizzeria and mozzarella bar will offer Hong Kong’s first and only VPN Pizza - the "true Neapolitan pizza". This means that the pizzas are made with only certain types of ingredients with approved equipment in traditional pizza-making methods. Moreover, a large variety of unique fresh toppings and DIY options are available for pizza lovers at Ciao Chow.

HANDMADE FRESH PASTA - Ciao Chow offers classic Italian handmade pasta dishes made with the freshest premium ingredients from Italy according to the authentic Italian tradition.

BRICK LANE TST is conveniently located in Hong Kong's commercial and entertainment hub Tsim Sha Tsui, at the crossing of two quiet bystreets with head to toe glass walls that gives it a different intimate vibe to the usual TST buzz. Instead, it brings the authentic taste of Southern France to Hong Kong where everyone can enjoy healthy and simple culinary experience. Extremely diverse and rich in a variety of ingredients, herb and spices, IVY pops ordinary food with distinctive flavor. Healthy yet mouth-watering gourmet meats, seafood, fresh vegetables, whole grains, and cheeses will surely satisfy diners’ palate. The interior design keeps everything simple and basic, avoid any redundant furnishing. Using primitive natural materials: wool, concrete, marble, copper and leather which keep everything in their original colour and texture.
