DiVino, located at the top of Wyndham Street, has become one of Hong Kong's most popular hangouts since it opened in March 2003. DiVino has been through a major renovation recently; the new interior design has divided DiVino into two main sections. The front dining area and lounge remain sophisticated and warm with its sleek dining arrangement with mirrors, warm lighting and walls; while the dining area and outdoor terrace at the back emphasize on conviviality of the atmosphere. The giant wooden puzzle, bamboo lamp and blackboard on the wall contrasted with red velvet sofa to give a homey and welcoming feel, lending an Italian air to the ambiance.

ClubOne WaterFront is situated at a picturesque location directly beside the Tsing Ma Bridge at Park Island, New Territories. WaterFront has a breathtaking view of the Park Island Beach overlooking the sandy beach and the ocean. At night time, the lit up Tsing Ma Bridge is a beautiful sight observable from WaterFront. The banquet hall features a large and scenic open terrace which could be used for outdoor events or as a leisure area. The interior design of the venue is extravagant and contemporary. With an extensive managerial background in the restaurant industry spanning Europe, the Middle East and now Asia, Olimpio has demonstrated tremendous skill in leading the business operations of some of the world’s finest dining establishments such as London’s Cipriani and Mayfair’s renowned seafood restaurant Scott’s before landing his first stint as Restaurant Manager at the reputed Savini Restaurant in Milan.

Bringing with him multiple accolades and mentions over his years in the industry, the infectiously charismatic Olimpio now leads operations at Seafood Room while letting nothing fall short of his high standards for customer care and satisfaction.
