Restaurant – Yi’s Kitchen餐廳 – 頤膳房 

Located at Block H of Middle Zone, Yi's Kitchen is a 2-storey restaurant that provides quality food and beverage services to visitors of Jao Tsung-I Academy. With its flexible settings and professional culinary and service teams, it is also an ideal venue for weddings, private parties and corporate functions. 

In additional to the Food and Beverage arrangement provided by Yi’s Kitchen, Jao Tsung-I Academy provides different kinds of facilities for various events such as Conference Room, Theater, Lecture Hall and Resources Centre. Guests are welcome to rent the facilities to enhance the dining experience.

Erba Bettolino, occupying 1,000 sqft., is fully renovated in loft style, there are 2 zoning【EARTH】and【AQUA】respectively.

【EARTH】represents an opened kitchen, for organizing cooking-related workshop such as “Sous Vide”, marinating and cookery, etc.

【AQUA】represents an opened bar, suitable for organizing beverage type workshop such as coffee, beer brewing, etc.
There is also a long common table which is capable to accommodate 14-16 people.

The resizable dining rooms can house 6 tables of 12 people, which makes it an ideal place for private and corporate dining events. Décor-wise, its classy and elegant style creates a homey ambiance for guests to enjoy their meals. Guests can relax while watching our chefs prepare dishes through a large glass panel looking into the kitchen. This design is a rare feature in Chinese restaurants and a unique quality of Xia Fei Society.
