Synergy Biz is a company, hoping to create a co-working space with its networking concept to aspire entrepreneurs or small or medium companies. It aims to provide a well-equipped business environment and business networking platform for them in their development.

XO Workshop, which occupies 1600 sqft., is a open and blank space for different type of events. It can fit up to 80 pax, and can be partitioned into 2 separate studios. Its elite environment is suitable for conference, workshops, yoga and dance class, etc.

Hotcup is a private bar and nightclub venue located in Tsim Sha Tsui, it is close to the MTR Station, only 2 minutes walking distance. The layout of this venue is flexible, it can be transformed into different setting in order to cope with guests of different needs.

Set in a casual and comfortable atmosphere, the restaurant is paved with earth tone tiles splashed with a burnt orange wash, exuding a warm and refreshing and ambiance. Ornaments hung on the walls include bows, arrows and animal skins. Eye-catching canvas tents are set in various areas and over the buffet area. Seating is finished in plush New Zealand sheepskin and rawhide lampshades complete the final touches. The all-you-can-eat Mongolian-style buffet allows you to create your own main course from a wide range of fresh meats, vegetables, sauces and spices. You can follow your desired recipes on our signboards, pass the ingredients to our chef who will cook your dish to perfection and bring it to your table served piping-hot in minutes. Located on the inner street of Ship Street in Wan Chai, with a colourful presented entrance is simply eye catching. The smooth and mellow atmosphere, surrounded by Spanish passionate music offers a more distinct multi-faced vibe. The colour combination of blue and gold visually brings you to the Spanish coastal gem, San Sebastian and the Catalan giants, Barcelona.

Sauteéd and Frito are also customers’ favourite, including Slow-cooked Chorizo al Cava and Deep-fried Padrón Pepper. Bite-sized Chorizo bathing in Cava for 3 hours has an excellent balance between spiciness and sweetness, whereas Padrón Pepper originated from Northern Spain also balance the spiciness with a touch of sea salt.
