Jinjuu, meaning “pearl”, is Hong Kong’s premier modern Korean restaurant with celebrity chef Judy Joo at the helm. Located at the end of St. Francis Street, J’aime Bien Patisserie is a hidden gem in the charming Star Street neighborhood. Le Cordon Bleu-trained owner and patissier Wong Chi Wai offers an array of exquisite and palatable classic and contemporary desserts, with a one-of-a-kind pastry appreciation experience for like-minded aficionados. With a strong sense of mission about sharing her passion and knowledge, Wai hosts Fun Patisserie Club classes which are designed for guests to learn to better appreciate the different kinds of delicacies.

IVY is neither a typical western cuisine nor fine dining restaurant. Instead, it brings the authentic taste of Southern France to Hong Kong where everyone can enjoy healthy and simple culinary experience. Extremely diverse and rich in a variety of ingredients, herb and spices, IVY pops ordinary food with distinctive flavor. The interior design keeps everything simple and basic, avoid any redundant furnishing. Using primitive natural materials: wool, concrete, marble, copper and leather which keep everything in their original colour and texture.
