PIZZERIA - All pizzas are baked in the restaurant’s centerpieces – two specially-imported ovens with the highest degree of 450°C. Ciao Chow's pizzas will soon get the "Verace Pizza Napoletana" Certification, meaning Ciao Chow’s pizzeria and mozzarella bar will offer Hong Kong’s first and only VPN Pizza - the "true Neapolitan pizza". This means that the pizzas are made with only certain types of ingredients with approved equipment in traditional pizza-making methods.
