Japanese for "fireworks", the dining experience at Hanabi is a burst of seamless, intricate Japanese flavors meshed with a modern flair. This is thanks in part to popular Japanese sushi chef Michael Chan (previously of Café Kool and NOBU Intercontinental Hong Kong) who brings his signature subtle Japanese cuisine with a fusion flair to this newly opened, intimate, romantic restaurant.

The Collab – Boutique Meeting rooms & Venue

We offer all-inclusive, multi-purposed rooms with flexible layout plans that allow you to conduct meetings, seminars, training, corporate events or even private parties! Our facilities include Wifi, laptop, projector, audio-visual system, microphones, TV, Xbox, game sets, party equipment and dry pantry. Arrangement of catering, venue decorations and party entertainments are available upon request. Located on the entire 20th floor, at The ONE Tsim Sha Tsui, customers can enjoy a striking panoramic skyline of Hong Kong at its famous Victoria Harbour. The 190-seat and over 6,000 square feet that draws on the Cafe Deco heritage of art deco for a classic ambiance that stretches across the level with open oyster bar and lively lobster tank, an authentic tandoori oven, cocktail bar and intimate dining tables with a breathtaking view. 

Our Executive Chef, Mr. Martin Kniss, and his talented team will continue to bring along their culinary signatures dishes such as Cafe Deco tapas selection, oysters, tandoori Himalayan chicken, Australian Angus beef and American ribeye to the new Cafe Deco to symbolise its 2 decades of strong tradition.

Aberdeen Street is an all-day Mediterranean restaurant and bar situated in Soho. We have an inside dining area with a bar, and an amazing 320ft² outdoor peaceful and green terrace. With a seating capacity of 35 persons inside and 30 persons outside, it allows great flexibility to organize parties and functions, either in dinner style or cocktail style (we can then cater for more persons). Aberdeen Street has a relaxed atmosphere, loungy decoration, great music, and free wifi. Indoor and outdoor walls can be written on with chalk allowing the place to be decorated as fits the occasion. Flexible packages will be customized for you, whether you wish to have formal or informal gatherings, drinks and / or food, special music and decoration … Our venue is very flexible. It is a perfect place for kids parties during the day, as we are located right next to a great outdoor public playground. Located in the heart of Soho, The Herbivores Soho venue can cater up to 20 people with 4 outside seating. The venue is designed around a long wooden common table to create a lively ambience. As soon as you enter, it feels as if you are inside someone’s dining room; the design of the venue aims to bring a cozy dining experience for the diners. It is also equipped with a projector and audio equipment fit enough for any business events.
