Jinjuu, meaning “pearl”, is Hong Kong’s premier modern Korean restaurant with celebrity chef Judy Joo at the helm. Located in the iconic California Tower, Jinjuu seamlessly merges traditional and contemporary styles of cuisine and design. The stunning venue offers a space that feels casual and inviting, yet still upscale. Jinjuu boasts a unique menu with big bold flavours, showcasing much loved Korean classics as well as fun street food fare. Opened since 1998 in Hong Kong as the brain-child of veteran restaurateur, Mr. Carmelo Lopez. A native Spanish himself, he came to Asia in the 70’s but was still nostalgically attached to the richness and exquisite taste of the cuisine of his motherland. Ole was created from this crave for authenticity! Just experience the genuine touch of Spain the moment you step inside the restaurant: the lemon yellow plastered walls and glazed terracotta tiles of the Mediterranean, the lighting fixture and the decorative potteries directly flown from Spain. JAMIE’S ITALIAN CAUSEWAY BAY measures 12,000ft² and boasts pillar-free spaces that can be configured to welcome private parties, family & friends gatherings or large corporate groups. It can accommodate up to 200 guests for a sit-down dinner or up to 400 guests in a cocktail setting.
