Since its inception in 2008, Ta Pantry has thrilled guests with a series of creative, cuisine-driven menus showcasing chef Esther Sham’s signature cooking style. The private kitchen’s new address opened in 2015 is a homecoming of sorts for chef Sham, who is thrilled to return to the Star Street neighborhood. Ta Pantry can accommodate up to twenty guests in its intimate 600 sq ft space.

Towngas Cooking Centre is conveniently located at Lee Theatre which is only few- minute walk from Causeway Bay MTR. Every cooking station comprises individual built-in-hob, oven and sink, the spacious venue can accommodate up to 25 pairs of participants cook together. We wanted to pay homage to one of Japan's most beloved icons – the sumo wrestler - and re-imagined an izakaya and bar that would be ideal for these cherubic champions to play, relax and drink after a long hard day of wrestling on the mat.
"AMAZAKE" is named after the traditional Japanese drink made from fermented rice. The drink is normally sweet and popular to use in many Japanese food and drink recipes. It's even been considered as a homegrown hangover cure – perfect to chug down after a night out at our izakaya bar.
