FINDS’ charmed Nordic spirit carries on to its four function rooms suitable for private dining or small-scale celebrations.“Nordic Express” resembles a surreally-designed European train carriage with a large clock on one wall running backwards. “Nordic Winter” exudes elegant atmosphere of luxury and snowy winter romance featuring bright silver seats, white curtains on both sides and frosted glass mirror wall. “Nordic Summer” leaves guests feeling as if they stepped into the Nordic garden in midsummer. The framing of the main section of this room is laden with a peacock feather curtain and flower-lined walls and ceiling. “Hell” is designed in dark and sensual tone, incorporating the use of deep, smooth reds and blacks, irregularly placed long mirrors and human-sized candles. With exclusive views of the open kitchen, it offers the luxury experience of chef’s table where guests will be able to appreciate culinary artists making their masterpieces.

Tamarind is spacious and vibrant venue with two main dining rooms (Sugar Room & Spice Room) that seats up to 150 guests. Its warm interiors set the ambience for romantic dinners by the sea while its outdoor lounge, overlooking Hong Kong's stunning skyline, makes it the perfect place to gather for drinks. He captures the essence of Thailand and Vietnam and recreates it in his dishes at Tamarind. Taking charge in the Indian kitchen is Chef Ravilal Bhandari whose wealth of culinary experience includes 15 years as the Executive Chef at the highly reputable Viceroy of India Restaurant in Hong Kong. Some of chef Bhandari's mouthwatering specialties includes pani poori trio which features crispy puffs stuffed with tangy potatoes paired with a selection of spiced water, mouthwatering morsels of tandoori salmon and lamb dum biryani cooked and served in a sealed pot.

The Beer House locates on the top floor at Langham Place. It offers a contemporary and casual environment with extensive selection of beers from all over the world. Friends and family can enjoy a comprehensive drink list, German fare, trendy music and live sports games at this beer paradise.

The Beer House features a range of delectable German nibbles like crispy Deep Fried Pork Skin, cheesy baked camembert with Rosemary and Garlic, and juicy meatballs, which all go along with the beers.
