i-wine Place is a totally refurbished heritage building along Hong Kong Heritage Trail of Sheung Wan. It is an open space of 1000 sqft. with an open kitchen and kitchen facilities. Its European style décor with warm and cosy lighting made it suitable for fine dining, wine tasting, networking cocktail, corporate events, seminars, private parties, etc.. 

Asian Fusion cuisine menu and western style menu available for selection. The venue can accommodate 20 people for fine dining and 30 people for non-dining events, with a 300 sqft. Moroccan style décor VIP cigar and whisky lounge with TV suitable for 8-12 people private secluded parties. Also, wine pairing canapé is available for wine tasting. With interiors by the celebrated designer Ilse Crawford, Duddell’s is a beautiful 2-floored space connected by a dramatic inner staircase. Neither gallery nor museum, but with interiors as noteworthy as the art on its walls, entering Duddell’s is like being welcomed into the eclectic home of a seasoned art collector – one that also happens to have an in-house two Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant, a lush 2,200 square foot outdoor terrace and a sophisticated Salon in which to entertain. Duddell’s is situated on the third and fourth floors of 1 Duddell St., a street with historic significance right in the heart of Hong Kong’s Central district.

SALON AND BAR (Level 4)
The Salon, overlooking the outdoor garden terrace through bronze framed glass doors, has an airy and eclectic residential feeling and offers casual dining and great cocktails at the Bar. Here you can enjoy all day dim sum and Cantonese favourites till late evening, while surrounded by curated art exhibitions. This flexible and stunning space is perfect for any occasion.

THE GARDEN TERRACE
The 2200 sq. ft. timber-decked landscaped outdoor terrace is a unique oasis in the heart of Central. It’s just the spot for intimate gatherings and a wonderful extension of the Salon space.

THE RESTAURANT (Level 3) Two Michelin Stars:
Featuring classic Cantonese offerings under the leadership of Michelin-starred Executive Chef Siu Hin Chi. Chef Siu pays homage to the traditional roots of Cantonese cuisine, combining textures and flavours with contemporary presentations to excite your taste buds and challenge even the most demanding epicure.

PRIVATE DINING ROOMS:
Three private rooms, located within the restaurant, are ideal for private dining or business meetings of 10 - 25 guests. Enjoy the fun of an evening out with the intimacy of an evening in.

THE CHAMBER AND LIBRARY:
The Chamber on Level 3 and The Library on Level 4 are settings for small intimate events, art and cultural talks as well as informal business meetings.

Tamarind (formerly known as Viceroy) satisfies all your senses, from offering a veritable feast for your taste buds to providing a spectacular sight from its outdoor terrace. The fabulous Pan-Asian restaurant is located in Wan Chai, and serves the best of Thai, Indian, and Vietnamese cuisine.

Tamarind's Thai and Vietnamese kitchen is headed by Master Chef Amoo. A native of Chiang Mai, chef Amoo enhanced his skills with regional cooking tours to Vietnam and Thailand, and has cooked with the famous Chef Bobby Chinn from Saigon. He captures the essence of Thailand and Vietnam and recreates it in his dishes at Tamarind. His enticing menu features Thai pomelo salad with grilled prawn, black cod marinated in tamarind, royal Thai chicken massaman curry and stir fried spicy pork neck served on a sizzling plate

Taking charge in the Indian kitchen is Chef Ravilal Bhandari whose wealth of culinary experience includes 15 years as the Executive Chef at the highly reputable Viceroy of India Restaurant in Hong Kong. Some of chef Bhandari's mouthwatering specialties includes pani poori trio which features crispy puffs stuffed with tangy potatoes paired with a selection of spiced water, mouthwatering morsels of tandoori salmon and lamb dum biryani cooked and served in a sealed pot.
