In keeping with The Salted Pig's rustic, English-style farmhouse concept, interior designer Kinney Chan blends homey and chic elements, with blackboards, wooden pedal, a chopping block bar, a fun and playful pig mural and various pig-themed items. The use of wood is everywhere, such as bare wooden tables and simple wooden chairs. Single tables and booths are available for intimate social gatherings, while a full-height shelf can be slide out to form a private area for parties.

Combinations of beige, grey and brown shades, as well as a touch of red are used to generate a homey and warm feeling. By creating a natural and cozy ambience, this rustic restaurant is ideal for local guests and tourists to escape from the modern world. Another highlight of the restaurant is the spacious outdoor terrace, where diners can enjoy relaxing alfresco dining and wind down from the hectic workweek at the same time.

Restaurant – Yi’s Kitchen餐廳 – 頤膳房 

Located at Block H of Middle Zone, Yi's Kitchen is a 2-storey restaurant that provides quality food and beverage services to visitors of Jao Tsung-I Academy. With its flexible settings and professional culinary and service teams, it is also an ideal venue for weddings, private parties and corporate functions. 

In additional to the Food and Beverage arrangement provided by Yi’s Kitchen, Jao Tsung-I Academy provides different kinds of facilities for various events such as Conference Room, Theater, Lecture Hall and Resources Centre. Guests are welcome to rent the facilities to enhance the dining experience.

Oolaa is a unique all day dining and drinks destination. Located on Soho's Bridges Street, at the ground floor of the luxury residential complex CentreStage, Oolaa is a 6000ft² venue housing a restaurant, lounge bar, cafe corner and private dining area all under one roof. Guests may take their own food and drinks. We have electric griddle. electric fryer, microwave oven and electric cooker for usage. We can arrange outside catering for guests as well.
