The event menus are exquisitely designed by Yun Yan's Executive Chef Kenny Chan who is a son of a renowned Sichuan chef family. Besides holding major positions at famous restaurants in Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and Canada, Chef Chan is granted the honorable title of Chef Rôtisseur by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. With endless creativity and over 40 years of experience, he creates modern Sichuan gourmet that embodies the versatility and variety of flavors in Sichuan cuisine. Bridal Tea House Restaurant – To Kwa Wan is located near the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal. There is a glass VIP room which can accommodate up to 12 guests while the main dining area can suit 40 guests.

Bridal Tea House is a stylish restaurant with colonial Hong Kong ambience. The menu offers Hong Kong’s unique western style cuisine which is tailored to suit international guests’ appetite. Our private multi-function rooms and garden lounges are available for wedding receptions, meeting conferences, birthday celebrations, pool side functions and etc. Optional entertainment packages with Karaoke, Mahjong and Barbeque facilities are also available upon request.

FINDS’ charmed Nordic spirit carries on to its four function rooms suitable for private dining or small-scale celebrations.“Nordic Express” resembles a surreally-designed European train carriage with a large clock on one wall running backwards. “Nordic Winter” exudes elegant atmosphere of luxury and snowy winter romance featuring bright silver seats, white curtains on both sides and frosted glass mirror wall. “Nordic Summer” leaves guests feeling as if they stepped into the Nordic garden in midsummer. The framing of the main section of this room is laden with a peacock feather curtain and flower-lined walls and ceiling. “Hell” is designed in dark and sensual tone, incorporating the use of deep, smooth reds and blacks, irregularly placed long mirrors and human-sized candles. With exclusive views of the open kitchen, it offers the luxury experience of chef’s table where guests will be able to appreciate culinary artists making their masterpieces.
