It's hard to believe that Pepperoni's has been making pizzas since 1992. Gaylord Indian Restaurant is a secret paradise located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Recommended by Michelin Guide and recognized for its authentic and traditional Indian dishes since 1972, it continues to capture the hearts and taste buds of diners both local and abroad. Daily Lunch Buffet is offered and Extensive Dinner Menu with Live Classical Indian Singers Performing Daily is popular with both locals and tourists.

Gaylord's kitchen is headed by Chef Roman Singh, aka The Curry Expert, and has over 20 years' of culinary experience rooted in Delhi. Chef Roman believes in traditional cooking styles with contemporary presentations and his mantra for the perfect dish is finding the right balance spices and fresh herbs. Gaylord's menu features traditional street snacks, tandoori barbecue delicacies, delectable curries like Chicken Makhanwala (boneless pieces of tandoori chicken cooked in smooth butter and tomato sauce), Chicken Tikka Masala (barbecued chicken cooked in a subtle onion and tomato sauce) and Rogan Josh Kashmiri (tender boneless lamb in an onion and red pepper sauce) alongside an assortment of freshly baked roti and naan bread, biryani rice and vegetarian specials.

Feast (Food by EAST) is our big, bustling café on the 1st floor. Brimming with authentic Asian specialties and international favourites, our philosophy is 'simple things, done well'. Guests can expect to enjoy tasty breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner from Feast.

The artistic collection of the Galerie Les Noms is a panorama of the contemporary Ukranian art. Painters, different in painting styles and techniques, create its cultural and natural phenomena. All pieces of art comply with the highest artistic criteria. These pieces have rightly become a part of the national Ukrainian endowment.

The gallery occupies 1,000 sqft. and is with two catering tables and two movable wall panels (please check the amenities for details). Other equipment such as sound system, projector and flexible light is available.
