Lava Java is a brand new Western cafe/restaurant mixed with Asian fusion. With Hawaiian-Japanese celebrity chef Bryan Nagao’s creative takes on fine European cuisine, you will be amazed by his innovative fusion menu redesigns from time to time. With its elevated location directly on the South China Sea, the Upper Garden has an unparalleled 180 degree view of neighboring islands and the blue rolling seas of the Clearwater Bay peninsula.

Accessible both by vehicle and helicopter with 60 Amperes of power and fresh water, the venue is a location for a regular TV series and is ideal for photo shoots, television commercials, brand promotions and private events.

Beerliner Langham Place has the same unique façade to its counterparts all over Hong Kong. The restaurant imposes a 3D architectural rendering of an 18th century structure with a mix of contemporary and ancient design elements like striking arched doorways and chandelier lights. This new shop also boasts a large open kitchen and a modest bar reminiscent of a microbrewery in Germany.

Complementing the cream-colored stoned brick walls and brown teak furnishings with soft lighting, Beerliner offers a casual dining place in a stylish setting. Beerliner offers a range of German fares featuring appetizers, salads, mains and desserts. Patrons can savor traditional favorites from the open kitchen including Roasted Pork Knuckle and Sausage Platter. Beerliner also features an impressive list of classic German beers like Weissbier and Pilsener, and a refreshing cocktails and mocktails list is also available for affinities.
