CRAFTSTEAK, OPEN FIRE COOKING – created for comfort, Craftsteak provides a memorable fine dining experience. A feature of the restaurant is the open fire cooking on the custom made charcoal fired grill which creates wonderful hints of smoke flavor to the sizzling grills. Classic starters, the freshest cuts of steaks from Australia, USA and Canada as well as poultry, seafood and vegetables, all presented with a selection of individual sauces, are there to enjoy in an atmosphere created for comfort. Savour a creative menu of the freshest sushi, sashimi and rolls, perfectly complimented by an array of delicious cooked dishes from the Robatayaki grill and full kitchen. Using the finest ingredients, Kyoto Joe’s creations are the perfect blend of traditional Japanese fare with a modern twist.

AnOther Place by David Myers is the Gypsy Chef™’s answer to the urbanites’ want for a home away from home. Hidden in an industrial complex situated on Hong Kong’s Victoria harbourfront, this speakeasy dining room unfolds Chef Myers’ own gastronomic West-meet-East adventures through a duo of 4-course and 6-course French Asian tasting menus. Not-to-be-missed are pop-up local artist exhibitions and contemporary music gigs that grace the chillout lounge and hallways.

BRAZA Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse – celebrity chef Richard Sandoval’s latest dining experience to arrive in Hong Kong. EAT DRINK LAUGH ENJOY – this is the style of Braza where Churrascaria, the name used to describe a restaurant that serves meat, mostly grilled, and Rodizio - the method of serving different cuts of meat, that originated from the south of Brazil in the early 1800’s, are proudly on show for guest’s to relish. The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of meat, chicken and seafood in succession, to each diner individually right at their table, thus there is no traditional menu, as Braza features an all-you-can-eat continuous tableside service.

Our Bavarian style restaurant Eggenberg which has indoor and outdoor seating for 72 pax. The restaurant opens from 11am to 10pm. 

We import all draft and bottle beers from the Austrian brewery Eggenberg directly. A various selection of snacks and a la carte menu is available.

Our chef Andy combined all tastes from the countries he lived and travelled, creating the new fusion cuisine. The crispy pork knuckle and the finger- licking roasted chicken are the must-try.
