Jinjuu, meaning “pearl”, is Hong Kong’s premier modern Korean restaurant with celebrity chef Judy Joo at the helm. Located in the iconic California Tower, Jinjuu seamlessly merges traditional and contemporary styles of cuisine and design. The venue has a very Parisian train station feel, with curved black arches framing the ceiling and wispy handwriting on the walls spelling out, "Bon Voyage."
