Spice 8 is strategically located in Metropolis mall in Hung Hom. It connects to Hung Hom MTR station and Hotel Metropolis. It has a capacity to seat 130 pax and it provides flexibility to select Indian as well Thai dishes. Spiga is located in the heart of Central. The menu is designed and created by two Michelin Star Chef, Enrico Bartolini, using innovative techniques and quality Italian ingredients. With most of the ingredients coming directly from Italy, the restaurant serves traditional Italian cuisine typically from Lombardy and Piedmont regions. Each dish is prepared using innovative techniques to create intensely flavoured and beautifully plated dishes.

The cinematic 1950s Italian interior design by Joyce Wang Studio will wander diners to various unique thematic spaces capturing the romance and intrigue of vintage Italy.

With its flexible settings and professional culinary and service teams, it is also an ideal venue for weddings, private parties and corporate functions. 

In additional to the Food and Beverage arrangement provided by Yi’s Kitchen, Jao Tsung-I Academy provides different kinds of facilities for various events such as Conference Room, Theater, Lecture Hall and Resources Centre. Guests are welcome to rent the facilities to enhance the dining experience.
