08 Studio is a photography studio located in Chai Wan. This 1800-sqft. space is a great place for your photo/video shooting to capture your memorisable moments.

The Factory is a spacious, multi-purpose venue that has been refurbished from a manufacturing warehouse located in San Po Kong, Kowloon. Traditionally an industrial area, San Po Kong is redeveloping with creative zones popping up in all corners, and The Factory is its latest installment. Equipped with a professional kitchen, inflatable Chesterfield sofas and large screen projection, The Factory can be configured for different types of events, including corporate training, workshops, parties and cooking gatherings.

At Café Duvet, the intimate white walled bar with dark timber floor is highlighted by high-gloss, lipstick red stools. Here, you can relax and create your own cocktails and people-watch at the busy D Deck. Café Duvet's bar is overlooks a second, larger raised outdoor space situated in the centre of the Square. This self-contained area, surrounded by tall palms and Jacarandas, is where customers can tuck into one of the seven canopied booths fitted with comfortable blue and red colored day-beds as they enjoy drinks and tapas. The booths are complemented by three huge circular day-bed shaded by sun parasols. 

An immaculate green lawn outside of the hotel with a giant video screen for live broadcasting. Podium is a perfect place for large scale commercial events, product launching events, outdoor wedding banquets, etc.

{sfs} is the neighbourhood’s hang-out café and lifestyle gallery. It is a centrally located in Wan Chai, ground-floor cosy environment with catering options and all the basic amenities such as toilet and wifi. The interior of this versatile space is equally simple and elegant, numerous events and filming sessions have been held here.
