The 3-storey building overlooking Stanley Bay is one of seafront's most popular dining landmarks. Steeped in a stylish East Coast flavour reminiscent of Martha's Vineyard, the relaxed décor offers a comfortable and casual environment. The restaurant's exterior is edged in Cape Cod Blue and whites. Images from America's Cup and Vendee Globe Challenge as well as models of J-Class yachts displayed throughout the building complete the nautical theme. The first-floor balcony and roof-top garden are perfect for alfresco dining and parties on balmy summer nights.

The space has just renovated with clean white wall, grey floor, sound system and flexible settings. Named after a Polynesian greeting meaning “kiss kiss”, Honi Honi Cocktail Lounge has been the first Tiki lounge bar to open its door in Hong Kong. The venue is a veritable haven of elegance and design, consisting of classic Polynesian deco, architectural creations of timber and bamboo. With the outdoor terrace adorned with lush greenery and sculpted furniture, it is a truly escape at the heart of the city.

Inspired by the crazy nightlife and ferocious drinking culture of Japan, AMAZAKE is an izakaya and Japanese specialty bar combining the best of drinking's past, present and future. This is a safe haven for those restless souls who want an unforgettable night out filled with delicious foods, unbelievably creative cocktails and loads of some of Hong Kong's most favoured drinking games!

We wanted to pay homage to one of Japan's most beloved icons – the sumo wrestler - and re-imagined an izakaya and bar that would be ideal for these cherubic champions to play, relax and drink after a long hard day of wrestling on the mat.

"AMAZAKE" is named after the traditional Japanese drink made from fermented rice. The drink is normally sweet and popular to use in many Japanese food and drink recipes. It's even been considered as a homegrown hangover cure – perfect to chug down after a night out at our izakaya bar.

Organize a spectacular celebration or event at Le Meridien Ballroom. Stretching across 160 sq m (1703 sq ft), this stunning hall boasts abundant natural daylight, the views of the lush green hills and the South China Sea, and 4 meter high ceiling. The ballroom can host up to 120 guests with ease. For small scale events, it can be separated into two sound-proofed function rooms.
