Tamarind is spacious and vibrant venue with two main dining rooms (Sugar Room & Spice Room) that seats up to 150 guests. Tamarind's Thai and Vietnamese kitchen is headed by Master Chef Amoo. A native of Chiang Mai, chef Amoo enhanced his skills with regional cooking tours to Vietnam and Thailand, and has cooked with the famous Chef Bobby Chinn from Saigon. He captures the essence of Thailand and Vietnam and recreates it in his dishes at Tamarind. His enticing menu features Thai pomelo salad with grilled prawn, black cod marinated in tamarind, royal Thai chicken massaman curry and stir fried spicy pork neck served on a sizzling plate

Taking charge in the Indian kitchen is Chef Ravilal Bhandari whose wealth of culinary experience includes 15 years as the Executive Chef at the highly reputable Viceroy of India Restaurant in Hong Kong. Some of chef Bhandari's mouthwatering specialties includes pani poori trio which features crispy puffs stuffed with tangy potatoes paired with a selection of spiced water, mouthwatering morsels of tandoori salmon and lamb dum biryani cooked and served in a sealed pot.

The Podium, Cyberport, is a highly unique and tranquil outdoor space ideal for large corporate and private events. This 46,000 square foot venue can also be equipped with a stunning LED television screen and has the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 2000 guests. It also provides a panoramic view of the South China Sea and is within easy access to Grade A office buildings and the five star Meridian Hotel at Cyberport. We wanted to pay homage to one of Japan's most beloved icons – the sumo wrestler - and re-imagined an izakaya and bar that would be ideal for these cherubic champions to play, relax and drink after a long hard day of wrestling on the mat.

"AMAZAKE" is named after the traditional Japanese drink made from fermented rice. The drink is normally sweet and popular to use in many Japanese food and drink recipes. It's even been considered as a homegrown hangover cure – perfect to chug down after a night out at our izakaya bar.
