JAMIE’S ITALIAN CAUSEWAY BAY measures 12,000ft² and boasts pillar-free spaces that can be configured to welcome private parties, family & friends gatherings or large corporate groups. It can accommodate up to 200 guests for a sit-down dinner or up to 400 guests in a cocktail setting.
Agave offers a menu showcasing regional specialties and creative dishes from Guadalajara, Mexico’s second most populated city, as well as Jalisco. Ingredients used such as various chilies, cactus and fresh green tomatillos are imported from Mexico, whilst our tortillas are handmade on site. Guests can try our wide selection of tequilas or savor our well-known margaritas at the long bar. The ambience is authentically Mexican as vivid oranges and reds exhibit the unique architectural style of Luis Barragán, one of the most influential Mexican architects of the 20th Century.

Some of chef Bhandari's mouthwatering specialties includes pani poori trio which features crispy puffs stuffed with tangy potatoes paired with a selection of spiced water, mouthwatering morsels of tandoori salmon and lamb dum biryani cooked and served in a sealed pot.
