  • The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental period by them or any members of their party which includes downtime.
  • The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
  • The transport company reserves the right to upgrade passengers to a better class of vehicle.
  • The transport company will charge the client for each additional stop on a transfer trip. The charge amount depends on the type of vehicle chosen.
  • Smoking is not permitted in all our vehicles.
  • Not responsible for delays or the termination due to weather causing unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
  • Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
  • Balances to be paid to the driver on the trip date before the beginning of the trip.
  • Delay over 15 minutes at the client's fault will incur an additional charge of up to 20 % of the fare.
  • Customer Satisfaction credit will be limited to 20 % of the fare.
  • The Maximum Liability of the transport company will not exceed the fare paid.
  • In the event of a mechanical breakdown which on charter the transport company will only be responsible for making up the lost time at another mutually agreed date.
  • Tips are optional. 20 % (of the fare) Gratuity will be added on all corporate and 3rd party travel, 20 % (of the fare) Gratuity will be added on Barter or Promo Sales.

Cancellation Policy

1. Transfers / Point-to-point

  • 100% refund if canceled 24 hours before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  24 hours before the run.
  • If canceled less than 24 hours before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

  • No refund in case of a no-show.

 

2. Hourly (Standard)

  • 100% refund if canceled  24 hours before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  72 hours before the trip.
  • If canceled less than 72 hours before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

  • No refund in case of a no-show.

 

3. Hourly (Special event (wedding, prom, etc)

  • 100% refund if canceled  2 weeks before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  72 hours before the trip.

ONE OF THREE NEW MODELS Alongside the Mulsanne Speed, the new Mulsanne has been updated, while the range is completed with the introduction of a third, completely new model, the Mulsanne Extended Wheelbase. NEW EXTERIOR DESIGN The new Mulsanne Speed is instantly recognisable, with a number of visible changes to the front and the rear of the car. The grilles, brightware, headlamp clusters and rear lamps have all been revised for a sleeker appearance. WIDER, REDESIGNED FACE The new radiator grille sits directly in front of the familiar Bentley matrix grille, its stainless steel vertical vanes spreading further across the front of the car than in earlier models. The lower grilles and the front bumper are also wider than on the previous incarnation of the Mulsanne, making the car appear closer to the road. NEW HEADLAMP TECHNOLOGY The daylight-running LED secondary headlamps are a few millimetres higher than they were on the previous Mulsanne, their rims now aligning with those of the main lamps. The technology has been updated, too. The washers are now in the centre of the secondary lamps, concealed behind bright chrome discs until deployed. The lights themselves operate intelligently, with different light modes for towns and cities, country lanes, motorways and driving situations in which the traditional main beam is preferred. STRIKING BENTLEY FLYING ‘B’ REAR LAMPS When the daylight fades, completely new rear lamps glow with the three-dimensional form of the Bentley Flying ‘B’ – a clear visual demonstration of Bentley’s attention to detail. NEW DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY Set into the sleek veneers of the dashboard, a new 8" touch screen controls the infotainment and vehicle systems, with 4G connectivity for faster response times, an improved user experience, and compatibility with Apple CarPlay. Google Maps*, satellite imagery and Street View* bring a new dimension to the navigation system, allowing the driver to see routes, junctions and destinations. Mobile phones and tablets can be connected to the car via Bluetooth, or the USB ports in either the Media Drawer or the glove box, allowing them to be charged while sharing their data. NEW CONTINENTAL GT V8 S

OVERVIEW The Continental GT V8 S’s new front bumper incorporates an inverted aerofoil-like design, instantly evoking the passion and drama of the racetrack, while a new and innovative lip-style spoiler adorns the rear, providing greater bite in every turn. To herald these changes, a dynamic and newly designed Bentley ‘B’ fender vent is located behind each front wheel. Inside, a redesigned three-spoke steering wheel with paddle-shift gear selectors creates a more intense handling experience. While, the flowing lines of straight-flute upholstery tightly wrap the seats, conveying purposeful movement, even when the car is still. And beneath the bonnet of the new Continental GT V8 S beats a monstrous heart: a 4.0 litre, twin-turbocharged V8 engine, with the power to generate 520 bhp (389 kW / 528 PS @ 6,000 rpm). At 1,700 RPM the GT V8 S generates 680 Nm of torque – even more than the 660 Nm achieved by its sibling, the GT V8.
