Penser Concept provides a cozy environment for private art jamming parties, with huge variety of art and craft equipments and materials, all guests are able to have a fun time and enjoy the moment. Located in a convenient location, yet we have a balcony for barbecue parties to take place. At Penser Concept, you and your guests are guaranteed to be relaxed and chilled with an artsy vibe.

Minimum charge: $2400 for whole venue rental, includes painting packages for 15 persons. Drinks packages can be discussed and customised for each client, guests are always welcome to bring their own drinks too. Venue themes and decorations can be provided.

After making a smooth ascent up to the 26th floor of Tower 535, step into the spacious and elegantly designed 8,000 sq. ft. dining room, complete with an outdoor terrace overlooking Hong Kong’s iconic Victoria Harbor. Another flight of stairs will take you up to a 2,000 sq. ft. rooftop lounge with unrivalled panoramic views of the city. With a lavish offering of over 50 seafood dishes, the menu is split into 12 sections including Carpaccio, Sashimi & New-Style Sashimi, Tartare, Ceviche, Seafood Platters, Hot Dishes and Meat among others. Sure-fire prospective favorites include the Langoustine Tartare with Avocado, Truffle & Caviar, Warm Octopus with Potato, Capers, and Smoked Paprika, Seafood Platter, Miso Salmon with Lime, Salt-Baked Sea Bass* (serves 2 people), Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Truffle and Caviar and the fine selection of fresh, premium oysters served with jalapeño & coriander sauce and red wine mignonette. With an extensive managerial background in the restaurant industry spanning Europe, the Middle East and now Asia, Olimpio has demonstrated tremendous skill in leading the business operations of some of the world’s finest dining establishments such as London’s Cipriani and Mayfair’s renowned seafood restaurant Scott’s before landing his first stint as Restaurant Manager at the reputed Savini Restaurant in Milan.

Bringing with him multiple accolades and mentions over his years in the industry, the infectiously charismatic Olimpio now leads operations at Seafood Room while letting nothing fall short of his high standards for customer care and satisfaction.

In keeping with The Salted Pig's rustic, English-style farmhouse concept, interior designer Kinney Chan blends homey and chic elements, with blackboards, wooden pedal, a chopping block bar, a fun and playful pig mural and various pig-themed items. The use of wood is everywhere, such as bare wooden tables and simple wooden chairs. Single tables and booths are available for intimate social gatherings, while a full-height shelf can be slide out to form a private area for parties.

Combinations of beige, grey and brown shades, as well as a touch of red are used to generate a homey and warm feeling. By creating a natural and cozy ambience, this rustic restaurant is ideal for local guests and tourists to escape from the modern world. Another highlight of the restaurant is the spacious outdoor terrace, where diners can enjoy relaxing alfresco dining and wind down from the hectic workweek at the same time.
