With an extensive managerial background in the restaurant industry spanning Europe, the Middle East and now Asia, Olimpio has demonstrated tremendous skill in leading the business operations of some of the world’s finest dining establishments such as London’s Cipriani and Mayfair’s renowned seafood restaurant Scott’s before landing his first stint as Restaurant Manager at the reputed Savini Restaurant in Milan.

    Bringing with him multiple accolades and mentions over his years in the industry, the infectiously charismatic Olimpio now leads operations at Seafood Room while letting nothing fall short of his high standards for customer care and satisfaction.

    Tsui Hang Village (Causeway Bay) is a modern interpretation of grand Guangdong mansion. The interior takes on a light beige color tone filled with wooden ornaments to exude a refined Chinese elegance.     Artisan & Co is a 1,500 square feet venue with retail and classroom area which can hold up to 50. Induction cooker and sink is attached to each seat, especially suitable for holding training and workshops. Japanese tatami area and bar table area make the venue suitable to be a party room which can carry up to 50.

    We are conveniently located beside the MTR station. For F&B, we can help to prepare external food and technical equipment.

    Packages for party and event such as private parties, corporate meeting, training/ team building etc., can be tailor-made depends on individual requirements.

  • Mezcalito

    Specializing in agave spirits including Mezcal as its namesake along with Tequila and Sotol. Many of the premium spirits on offer are unique to Mezcalito as they have been imported from Los Angeles and Mexico City.
