More than 6000ft² of ground floor harbour front space in the Empire Centre is the popular restaurant's new home. The Hive Fashion Studio is a 11m x 7m studio fully equipped with professional grade Profoto lighting set and backscreens. This studio is suitable for fashion shoots, commercials, videos and high-end portraits. There is also a dressing table area, sofa and the neighbouring meeting room can also be booked.
The Hive Studios is staffed from Mon – Fri, 8am – 8pm. Weekend bookings are possible by arrangement. A PhaseOne technician can also be hired. For a custom made package, please contact for more details.

Cyberport's Training Theatre is an elegant lecture hall with fixed seating suitable for various ceremonies and events.
The theatre is 125 square meters and can accommodate 70 guests in theatre setting.
