The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. It is the masterpiece of a group of passionate chefs and butchers who together have created a truly unique concept based around high quality dry-aged beef. A meal at The Butchers Club is not just a sit-down dinner; it is an experience. Once you've tried one of our 45-day dry-aged steaks, there's no going back. Invest in your very own 7-10kg piece of rib eye or sirloin Black Angus beef. We will place it in our very own dry-ageing room to be tenderly cared for by our dry-ageing specialist, and 30-45 days later you have a party's worth of steaks in absolute prime eating condition. Come and visit our butchery, talk to our butchers and chefs about all the different cuts we offer, recommended seasonings and all things food-related. Stay for our tastings, try your hand at shucking an oyster and learn how to make sausages with our team.
Breakaway is a 48ft motor cruiser that can carry up to 23 passengers. We are equipped with 1 ensuite bedroom, fully-fitted galleys (kitchens), showers and toilet facilities, swimming platform, De'Longhi expresso machine, wine fridge, DVD player, iPod-compatible sound system (Bluetooth), air conditioned, inflatable pool, inflatable suntanning platform with cooler and kayak.
We also have add-on services including Shisha, massage therapist, speedboat options.

About 2,600 square feet area consists of three classrooms with an accommodation of up to 40. This classroom is in North Point close to Fortress Hill MTR Station and there are some bus stops nearby, transportation is convenient. This is perfect for cooking events, classes , private parties, team building, marketing events etc. On the other hand, the New Oriental Culinary will regularly launch new lessons for supplication.
