Opened since 1998 in Hong Kong as the brain-child of veteran restaurateur, Mr. Carmelo Lopez. A native Spanish himself, he came to Asia in the 70’s but was still nostalgically attached to the richness and exquisite taste of the cuisine of his motherland. Ole was created from this crave for authenticity! Just experience the genuine touch of Spain the moment you step inside the restaurant: the lemon yellow plastered walls and glazed terracotta tiles of the Mediterranean, the lighting fixture and the decorative potteries directly flown from Spain. All these elements combined to recreate a unique and cozy atmosphere that goes hand in hand for the enjoyment one of the world’s finest cuisines. The extensive variety of delicacies, perfect with the Spanish wines, sangria or chilled beers. Live guitar music throughout the evening gracefully exhilarates a relaxing and enjoyable mood.

Sharing the same sensational views of the Hong Kong harbour and Kowloon skyline as Isola Bar & Grill, Isobar is a chillout lounge bar and terrace. It is an ideal destination for a casual lunch, late night bite, or after work cocktail or glass of wine chosen from its exceptional drinks list. The bar’s resident DJ spins laid back tunes nightly on every Thursday and Friday from 5pm onwards.

Much like Assembly's sister restaurant, Common Room, the gastrobar is loosely inspired by British communal spaces and areas where students gather to relax and interact with one another. The venue has a very Parisian train station feel, with curved black arches framing the ceiling and wispy handwriting on the walls spelling out, "Bon Voyage." At Assembly, guests have the comfort to get intimate in one of the spacious and comfortable seats to sit outdoors while facing the bustling Knutsford Terrace sidewalk.

Lava Java is a brand new Western cafe/restaurant mixed with Asian fusion. Located in the busy commercial district of Kwun Tong, our decorations are designed to give customers a peaceful and comfortable environment. The space holds an oval centre-piece bar decorated with large pendant lamps which are set against a backdrop of glowing back-lit “wine-shelves”. The high-rise plush lounge seating is tailor-made for small group gatherings, causal drinking and cocktail sipping.
