Halcyon - pronounced- Hal-see-on- denotes a period of time that was idyllically happy and peaceful.

A cool edgy cafe by day that transitions into a cocktail/ music lounge at night.
The foundation of Halcyon is based on four fundamental policies-

*Great music- Funktion One sound system offering the perfect setting for international DJ's and musicians to play. No commercial music and no requests to keep the integrity of the music in the venue.

*Artisan Cocktails- A team of highly trained mixologists with a passion for cocktails serving up fresh and exciting new flavors.

In keeping with The Salted Pig's rustic, English-style farmhouse concept, interior designer Kinney Chan blends homey and chic elements, with blackboards, wooden pedal, a chopping block bar, a fun and playful pig mural and various pig-themed items. The use of wood is everywhere, such as bare wooden tables and simple wooden chairs. Single tables and booths are available for intimate social gatherings, while a full-height shelf can be slide out to form a private area for parties.

Combinations of beige, grey and brown shades, as well as a touch of red are used to generate a homey and warm feeling. By creating a natural and cozy ambience, this rustic restaurant is ideal for local guests and tourists to escape from the modern world. Another highlight of the restaurant is the spacious outdoor terrace, where diners can enjoy relaxing alfresco dining and wind down from the hectic workweek at the same time.

TANGO, ARGENTINIAN STEAK HOUSE – mingle with the flavours and culture of Argentina……Tango is a steak house in the Argentinian tradition, seductive, rustic, elegant. Tango is the place to enjoy superior cuts of prime Argentine beef lovingly prepared by our South American chef over the open fired Parilla. Sizzling seafood, pasta and indulgent desserts are complimented with an impressive array of Argentinian, Spanish and South American wines and classic cocktails, Buenos Aires style.

The Podium, Cyberport, is a highly unique and tranquil outdoor space ideal for large corporate and private events. This 46,000 square foot venue can also be equipped with a stunning LED television screen and has the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 2000 guests. It also provides a panoramic view of the South China Sea and is within easy access to Grade A office buildings and the five star Meridian Hotel at Cyberport. Thus venue is perfect for outdoor weddings, carnivals, gigs and other large corporate or private functions.

A stretch of floor-to-ceiling windows reveals panoramic sea views, complemented by striking textural finishes that harness the beauty and spirit of the deep blue. From its booths and tables inspired by coral reefs to tailor-made ceramics inspired by oceanic flora, every feature evokes a sense of serene oceanic bliss.  

Space is a luxury, and THE OCEAN’s expansive 8,000 square-foot setting – complete with private dining rooms featuring built-in aquarium walls that house hundreds of hovering jellyfish – was designed to accentuate its size without sacrificing intimacy. The space commands attention with exquisite interior design elements, while maintaining a sense of tranquility under the sparkling backdrop of Repulse Bay.

CABANA 

With refined Japanese baths, elegant private cabins and lounge beds for glorious sunny days, Cabana is a haven of leisure and luxurious relaxation, located on Hong Kong’s Southside.     

At just over 12,000 sq.ft, the open-air rooftop is a spacious escape from the city – whether as a getaway venue for a group of friends who want to party in style, or even for those who desire a perfectly quiet corner to relax in comfort.

A ‘Crown Jewel’ on Hong Kong’s Southside, Cabana is a venue bathed in sunlight, and cooled by a gentle breeze from the sea. Bloop’s customers enjoy over 3,000 sq. ft of luxurious, prime real estate and a breathtaking 360⁰ view, from one of the largest set of outdoor terraces in LKF, that extends out over most of Central and Sheung Wan. The interior of Bloop is just as, if not even more, impressive; a dominating 8-metre long aquarium filled with blacktip reef sharks and stingrays astounds all who visit and a very select few VIPs will even be allowed the opportunity to feed these majestic predators of the deep blue!
