The décor of Lai Bun Fu transports guests back to the colonial days of yesteryear, with the sophisticated marbled floors, forest green panelled walls and refined Chinese antiques, as old favourite Chinese songs are played in the background.

At Café Duvet, the intimate white walled bar with dark timber floor is highlighted by high-gloss, lipstick red stools. Here, you can relax and create your own cocktails and people-watch at the busy D Deck. Café Duvet's bar is overlooks a second, larger raised outdoor space situated in the centre of the Square. This self-contained area, surrounded by tall palms and Jacarandas, is where customers can tuck into one of the seven canopied booths fitted with comfortable blue and red colored day-beds as they enjoy drinks and tapas. The booths are complemented by three huge circular day-bed shaded by sun parasols. 

Casa Lisboa grandly opened in mid-2010, which is quickly recognized as one of the best authentic Portuguese restaurant in the town. The menu of Casa Lisboa displays a delicate understanding of flavours ensuring traditional Portuguese dishes are resurrected with a creative touch to arouse new delight to our patrons. Wonderful yet extensive selections of Portuguese wines, ranging from red, white, green, porto and even beer, are all imported directly from Portugal. 08 Studio is a photography studio located in Chai Wan. This 1800-sqft. space is a great place for your photo/video shooting to capture your memorisable moments.
