COOP STUDIO is a huge loft-style multi-purpose space for wide range of events. It is perfect for video shootings, exhibitions, private parties, product launches and training.

3,500 sqft versatile space can be transformed to a Product Showroom or Party Venue.  Including a 300sqft balcony, 11 Ft ceilings, direct elevator access, fridge and useful technical equipment.

Gaylord Indian Restaurant is a secret paradise located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Recommended by Michelin Guide and recognized for its authentic and traditional Indian dishes since 1972, it continues to capture the hearts and taste buds of diners both local and abroad. Daily Lunch Buffet is offered and Extensive Dinner Menu with Live Classical Indian Singers Performing Daily is popular with both locals and tourists.

Gaylord's kitchen is headed by Chef Roman Singh, aka The Curry Expert, and has over 20 years' of culinary experience rooted in Delhi. Chef Roman believes in traditional cooking styles with contemporary presentations and his mantra for the perfect dish is finding the right balance spices and fresh herbs. Gaylord's menu features traditional street snacks, tandoori barbecue delicacies, delectable curries like Chicken Makhanwala (boneless pieces of tandoori chicken cooked in smooth butter and tomato sauce), Chicken Tikka Masala (barbecued chicken cooked in a subtle onion and tomato sauce) and Rogan Josh Kashmiri (tender boneless lamb in an onion and red pepper sauce) alongside an assortment of freshly baked roti and naan bread, biryani rice and vegetarian specials.

From "00" flour and fresh mozzarella from Italy to quality seafood and meats from France and Australia, we use only the choicest seasonal ingredients to prepare our dishes lovingly on site. Our signature pizzas are made-to-order and fast-fired in our state-of-the-art stone hearth oven, while our vast selection of pastas and salads includes classic favourites as well as innovative creations drawn from our culinary adventures around the world.
