We have two party rooms in San Po Kong. The 3000 sqft. Party Fever K is in Chinachem Industrial Mansion (2 minutes from Exit A2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station), while the 10000 sqft. Party Fever T is in Sheung Hei Factory Building (5 minutes from Exit A2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station). We could provide a party space which can accommodate up to 120 people. We do also provide planning services for private or corporate parties. We aim for create an unforgettable party for you!

Everest Spaces is known for its fantastic meeting room spaces. This space can comfortably accommodate 12-14 pax. in conference room seating.

FINDS’ charmed Nordic spirit carries on to its four function rooms suitable for private dining or small-scale celebrations.“Nordic Express” resembles a surreally-designed European train carriage with a large clock on one wall running backwards. “Nordic Winter” exudes elegant atmosphere of luxury and snowy winter romance featuring bright silver seats, white curtains on both sides and frosted glass mirror wall. “Nordic Summer” leaves guests feeling as if they stepped into the Nordic garden in midsummer. The framing of the main section of this room is laden with a peacock feather curtain and flower-lined walls and ceiling. “Hell” is designed in dark and sensual tone, incorporating the use of deep, smooth reds and blacks, irregularly placed long mirrors and human-sized candles. With exclusive views of the open kitchen, it offers the luxury experience of chef’s table where guests will be able to appreciate culinary artists making their masterpieces.

Oolaa is a unique all day dining and drinks destination. Located on Soho's Bridges Street, at the ground floor of the luxury residential complex CentreStage, Oolaa is a 6000ft² venue housing a restaurant, lounge bar, cafe corner and private dining area all under one roof. With a seating capacity of 200 guests or 450 standing, Oolaa restaurant, with its intimate outdoor terrace, “fine wine corner", wood fired pizza oven, serves an array of high quality unpretentious worldly cuisine; with a wine list to match.

The Bar area exudes a loungey atmosphere with its classic design and elegant drink list…..the perfect spot for a pre-dinner cocktail, happy hour with colleagues or to ring in the weekend with friends! Penser Concept provides a cozy environment for private art jamming parties, with huge variety of art and craft equipments and materials, all guests are able to have a fun time and enjoy the moment. Located in a convenient location, yet we have a balcony for barbecue parties to take place. At Penser Concept, you and your guests are guaranteed to be relaxed and chilled with an artsy vibe.

Minimum charge: $2400 for whole venue rental, includes painting packages for 15 persons. Drinks packages can be discussed and customised for each client, guests are always welcome to bring their own drinks too. Venue themes and decorations can be provided.
