The self-serviced takeaway counterpart Public Deli and the full-service Public Restaurant on Level 37 of One Island East present a vast array of culinary options and both available for event hiring. Public Deli features four different booths including Hagaki (Japanese), Pho Real (Vietnamese), Colibri (Italian) and Bombay Boom (Indian) and the linked 150-seat Public Restaurant with floor to ceiling windows is a round-the-clock dine-in area providing a seasonal contemporary fare of International favourites including Italian, Indian, Japanese and Vietnamese cuisines.

Part of the made over Discovery Bay Plaza, Zak's is the largest restaurant of Lantau's most exciting oceanfront culinary hub. Complete with a 5000ft² spacious outdoor terrace and a smart alfresco atmosphere, diners can enjoy world-class culinary delights of eastern and western cultural influences mixed together with a cool resort-like vibe. A unique and versatile space ideal for intimate bespoke gatherings, team buildings, shows, gatherings and facilitations requiring something other than the usual. The main studio is light and airy with windows on two walls and mirrors that may be curtained if desired. 

Red Doors offers an inspirational space that evokes calm and creative thinking with highly personalised and attentive service.  Home made spiced tea and healthy treats are complimentary and if desired you are welcome to experience a complimentary 20 minute deep relaxation break mid afternoon to the sound of the largest gong collection in Asia. The floor of the studio features the only permanent indoor labyrinth for walking meditation as well.

The multi functionality of the studio allows for small group discussions in up to 3 break-out rooms, a communal refreshment area, sit down eating area as well as the studio itself. The founder is a professional facilitator and management consultant in the area of personal effectiveness and corporate wellness and takes every effort to ensure every need is met. She is available to lead workshops as well.

Red Doors Studio offer a 28x28 feet studio with a labyrinth painted on the floor for walking meditation and three 8x10 feet rooms. Two of the smaller rooms can be opened up into one 16 x 20 feet meeting room. The venue has a small kitchen open to the common area. 2 toilets. The mirrored wall in the studio can be covered with white curtains. Folding chairs, folding tables, flip-chart, yoga mats, massage table, blankets meditation cushions, bolsters are available at the studio. The studio can take 40 yoga mats on the floor.

Classroom style in main studio can accommodate 60 easily. 20 folding chairs available on site, additional seating available on a request basis for an additional fee. Use of VCR complimentary.
