About 2,600 square feet area consists of three classrooms with an accommodation of up to 40. This classroom is in North Point close to Fortress Hill MTR Station and there are some bus stops nearby, transportation is convenient. This is perfect for cooking events, classes , private parties, team building, marketing events etc. On the other hand, the New Oriental Culinary will regularly launch new lessons for supplication. Accessible both by vehicle and helicopter with 60 Amperes of power and fresh water, the venue is a location for a regular TV series and is ideal for photo shoots, television commercials, brand promotions and private events.

The Optimist is a no service charge Northern Spanish-inspired restaurant and Barcelona chic bar located at 239 Hennessy Road. The three-storied restaurant and bar serves Asador-inspired grilled seafood and meat and creative cocktails and drinks with Spanish flair.

*Note the usage of Microphones or different music other than the venue is not allowed. Any decorations should be agreed with the management prior the event or else the management might refuse the usage of such.
