The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. It is the masterpiece of a group of passionate chefs and butchers who together have created a truly unique concept based around high quality dry-aged beef. A meal at The Butchers Club is not just a sit-down dinner; it is an experience. Diners are kept engaged throughout the meal, making this one of the most written about eateries, not only in Hong Kong, but also internationally, gaining popular acclaim in Singapore, Taiwan and even as far afield as London and New York. Once you've tried one of our 45-day dry-aged steaks, there's no going back. Invest in your very own 7-10kg piece of rib eye or sirloin Black Angus beef. We will place it in our very own dry-ageing room to be tenderly cared for by our dry-ageing specialist, and 30-45 days later you have a party's worth of steaks in absolute prime eating condition. Come and visit our butchery, talk to our butchers and chefs about all the different cuts we offer, recommended seasonings and all things food-related. The name “Xia Fei” comes from a nostalgic street on the French Concession in old-time Shanghai, which used to be the hub of high society. Xia Fei Society offers customers authentic Shanghainese cuisine in an elegant and comfortable environment.

This 5,000 square foot restaurant can accommodate up to 178 guests. The main dining room is equipped with benches and round tables with crisp white table cloths. The resizable dining rooms can house 6 tables of 12 people, which makes it an ideal place for private and corporate dining events. Décor-wise, its classy and elegant style creates a homey ambiance for guests to enjoy their meals. Guests can relax while watching our chefs prepare dishes through a large glass panel looking into the kitchen. This design is a rare feature in Chinese restaurants and a unique quality of Xia Fei Society.

Hong Kong Parkview's Éclat Ballroom boasts soaring ceilings and iconic marble spiral staircase. The staircase makes for an especially grand entrance for the new couple and as a fabulous backdrop for wedding photography. The ballroom caters up to 24 tables.

Stormies is one of Lan Kwai Fong's quintessential meeting landmarks. Following a nautical theme, the ground floor bar features floor-to-ceiling folding windows that open onto the busy D'Aguilar Street. The floor is covered with teak furniture resembling a ship's deck and a long, polished brass bar countertop stretches across the room. Dominating the bar's sunset yellow walls are large mirrors, framed in stainless steel, complete with brass bolts. Nautical wares such as solid brass barometers, cabin clocks and anchors adorn the walls. A pair of 21-inch televisions screens footage from classic yachting races to annual sports events. The recently renovated upper deck features live sports on big screens and large windows, making it the perfect place to people watch over the busiest party street in Hong Kong.

An extensive menu of seafood, ribs, salads, pastas and sandwiches is available. For a light bite, sandwiches like the Stormies Club or Stormies Classic Burger are perfect. Don't pass up on the scrumptious US BBQ Pork Ribs. The bar also offers a snack menu, with dishes like Stormies Wings and Breaded Calamari Rings.
