OLIVE, GREEK & MIDDLE EASTERN – introduces the finest Middle East cuisine to Hong Kong diners witha superb menu designed by famous Australian Chef, Greg Malouf. This exotic, modern restaurant presents contemporary Greek and Middle Eastern cuisine with an Australian flavor. Favorites include a range of mezza, mains, salads and sensational desserts. Dim Sum Bar is no ordinary dim sum restaurant. The casual yet modern ambiance offers a food paradise for dim sum and traditional Chinese cuisine lovers alike. The extensive menu showcases over 30 traditional dim sum dishes divided into several categories: steamed and fried dishes, cheong fun or steamed rice rolls, congee, rice, noodles, dumplings and desserts. A variety of traditional wok-fried dishes are also available for guests to choose from.
