With its elevated location directly on the South China Sea, the Upper Garden has an unparalleled 180 degree view of neighboring islands and the blue rolling seas of the Clearwater Bay peninsula. 

Tall Palm trees and a multitude of flora and fauna welcome visitors and provide complete privacy in this exceptional venue located only minutes from the city. 

Accessible both by vehicle and helicopter with 60 Amperes of power and fresh water, the venue is a location for a regular TV series and is ideal for photo shoots, television commercials, brand promotions and private events.

1,500 square feet area with an accommodation up to 80, Easy Kitchen is located in Quarry Bay next to Tai Koo MTR Station. It is also close to the Eastern Harbour Tunnel, guests can easily access by diversity of private and public transport.

Easy Kitchen has both indoor space and outdoor terrace. With it's high flexibility of layout and movable tables and chairs, it is suitable of any kinds of events and parties.

The Collab – Boutique Meeting rooms & Venue 

We offer all-inclusive, multi-purposed rooms with flexible layout plans that allow you to conduct meetings, seminars, trainings, corporate events or even private parties! Our facilities include Wifi, laptop, projector, audio-visual system, microphones, TV and party equipment. Arrangement of catering, venue decorations and party entertainments are available upon request. Located in close proximity to all transportation, it takes only 1 minute walk to Jordan MTR Station.

Built with exceptional power, this Sunseeker Manhattan 53 sails across open waters combining comfort and functionality. This model presents a fresh perspective on other flybridge motor yachts at the same size. With 3 staterooms and washrooms, a spacious salon, afterdeck and flybridge - this powerboat has the capacity to carry up to 20 guests and 5 crew members. Beerliner Langham Place has the same unique façade to its counterparts all over Hong Kong. The restaurant imposes a 3D architectural rendering of an 18th century structure with a mix of contemporary and ancient design elements like striking arched doorways and chandelier lights. This new shop also boasts a large open kitchen and a modest bar reminiscent of a microbrewery in Germany.

Complementing the cream-colored stoned brick walls and brown teak furnishings with soft lighting, Beerliner offers a casual dining place in a stylish setting. Beerliner offers a range of German fares featuring appetizers, salads, mains and desserts. Patrons can savor traditional favorites from the open kitchen including Roasted Pork Knuckle and Sausage Platter. Beerliner also features an impressive list of classic German beers like Weissbier and Pilsener, and a refreshing cocktails and mocktails list is also available for affinities.
