THE VENUE is a premier place for event holding in the Kowloon district. 

Popular bar games such as Beer Pong, Slap Cup and the unique Shuffleboard are available. We want our customers to have more fun during their leisure time. 

Unlike the other places, we are not just providing a venue to our customer. Our professional event team will also help you to organise the entire event from scratch. 

THE VENUE is designed to suitable for all kinds of event. 
All the furniture including the game tables are flexible to be removed, decorate and even redesign in order to achieve all client’s needs. 

Additional lighting, audio system and the wall finishing can be altered to customer’s preference.

The Hive Portrait’ Studio is a 6m x 4m studio equipped with a set of Bowen lights & radio trigger & back screens. It is suitable for portrait, product shoots and single model fashion shoots. There is also a dressing table with mirror lights for make-up.

The Hive Studios is staffed from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 8pm. Weekend bookings are possible by arrangement. A PhaseOne technician can also be hired. For a custom made package, please contact for more details.

After making a smooth ascent up to the 26th floor of Tower 535, step into the spacious and elegantly designed 8,000 sq. ft. dining room, complete with an outdoor terrace overlooking Hong Kong’s iconic Victoria Harbor. Another flight of stairs will take you up to a 2,000 sq. ft. rooftop lounge with unrivalled panoramic views of the city. Comfortably seating 150 customers inside the restaurant and a further 30-35 customers on the terrace, Seafood Room presents a wide range of both local and imported fresh and live seafood, serving globally-inspired cuisine including Asian, Mediterranean, South American and more.

With a lavish offering of over 50 seafood dishes, the menu is split into 12 sections including Carpaccio, Sashimi & New-Style Sashimi, Tartare, Ceviche, Seafood Platters, Hot Dishes and Meat among others. Sure-fire prospective favorites include the Langoustine Tartare with Avocado, Truffle & Caviar, Warm Octopus with Potato, Capers, and Smoked Paprika, Seafood Platter, Miso Salmon with Lime, Salt-Baked Sea Bass* (serves 2 people), Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Truffle and Caviar and the fine selection of fresh, premium oysters served with jalapeño & coriander sauce and red wine mignonette. Start your Seafood Room experience with a cocktail or a glass of champagne at one of Hong Kong’s hottest rooftop bar. Bringing with him multiple accolades and mentions over his years in the industry, the infectiously charismatic Olimpio now leads operations at Seafood Room while letting nothing fall short of his high standards for customer care and satisfaction.
