The white and minimal decor is suitable for various business use such as brand / product launch, press day, show room, exhibition etc. We provide options of one floor or both floors rental. Shoku uses binchotan, an extremely pure, high-carbon charcoal made from oak because its high density allows it to burn with very little smoke at a steady high heat over long periods so that it locks in the juices of seafood and meats and enhances the natural flavours of the food.
