Kennedy Town’s Shoreditch, Urban Eatery and Battlecruiser brings a taste of London’s trendy east end eateries and culture to an area of Hong Kong that in the last couple of years has started to establish itself as a more relaxed alternative to the hustle and bustle of Soho and its surrounding areas.

Our food has strong links back to Britain whether directly by offering a traditional British dish or indirectly by taking British ingredients to create a more modern flavour suited to Asian tastes. The menu is regularly updated with new offerings. The drinks are also, in the main, uniquely British with offerings of Craft Beers, some interesting British wines within its wine list and British distilled Spirits allowing for some very interesting modern British cocktails.

Craft Beer Corporate Events

Our homebrewing and beer tasting workshops provide the perfect team building opportunity.

Our homebrewing workshops are a great way to promote team-bonding over the course of the 3+ hours, as participants enjoy craft beers while having a hands on experience with the beer making process. Beer related topics such as brewing basics, beer history and different craft beer style will also be covered. Our venue can hold up to 16-20 persons.

We also offer craft beer tasting events / workshops that last for less than 3 hours. Beer tasting provides a more relaxed and casual environment, participants will be able to learn about what happened to the beer world over the past decades, while having the chance to taste different type of craft beers from different beer style from all over the world. Event style can be sit down or standing, depending on the nature required. Our venue can hold up to 40 people standing, and 20 people sitting. Our venue is open for private events, which includes tailored beer tastings and interactive homebrewing workshops, organized by our team of beer experts, to make things as hassle-free for you. The only authentic Japanese restaurant located on the Southside of Hong Kong, Shoku is a 4,000 square-foot beachfront venue with three private rooms and tables for large parties featuring Hong Kong’s largest authentic Japanese “Binchotan” charcoal grill as its centerpiece. Guests are encouraged to choose from the selection of fresh seafood such as whole scallops, Kinki fish, surf clams, abalone, conch and much more from the display around the grill which is flown in daily from the best suppliers in Japan and then cooked on the grill in front of the diners.

Shoku uses binchotan, an extremely pure, high-carbon charcoal made from oak because its high density allows it to burn with very little smoke at a steady high heat over long periods so that it locks in the juices of seafood and meats and enhances the natural flavours of the food.

Located at Hong Kong's hippest dining and entertainment strip, this is a place where you can let your hair down and dance until wee hours in the morning. The décor encompasses a modern and stylish design. On the left hand side of the entrance is an open-air seating area with several sets of high tables and black leather stools separated by large glass doors which create an intimate place for conversation and people-watching. The floor, a combination of marble and dark wood coupled with the reflective mirrors on the earthy brick wall and cozy leather black couches, creates a contemporary and trendy ambience. A well-equipped DJ booth is placed at the back. Whether it's a quiet drink or a night out with friends, Tonic provides a stylish environment and cutting-edge décor.
