The long interior space of Stormies is complemented by alfresco seating in the circular roof-top space on the third floor of Elements. The nautical theme of Stormies continues at this restaurant, where a long, teak bar forms the main focus. Towngas Cooking Centre is conveniently located at Lee Theatre which is only few- minute walk from Causeway Bay MTR. Every cooking station comprises individual built-in-hob, oven and sink, the spacious venue can accommodate up to 25 pairs of participants cook together. Our name originates in 18th century Britain where the leading members of London society gathered in beefsteak clubs to partake of great food, fine booze and entertaining company. The brilliantly named Sublime Society of Beefsteaks was the most famous of all the clubs and its motto was “Let beef and liberty be my reward”. We loved the line so much we took it as our name.
