BRAZA Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse – celebrity chef Richard Sandoval’s latest dining experience to arrive in Hong Kong. EAT DRINK LAUGH ENJOY – this is the style of Braza where Churrascaria, the name used to describe a restaurant that serves meat, mostly grilled, and Rodizio - the method of serving different cuts of meat, that originated from the south of Brazil in the early 1800’s, are proudly on show for guest’s to relish. Lively Belgian beer house FRITES brings a taste of Europe to Hong Kong. On entering the bistro, you will see an authentic Belgian-style bar, stocked with four genuine Belgian beers on tap and many more available by the bottle.
