The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. With its polished wooden floors that render warmth and complementing clean lines Wagyu's interior is stylish and modern, which is matched with a menu offering a fresh approach to the traditional steak restaurant. Whilst our menu is centered on the Australian Wagyu steak – famous for its marbling, great flavor and tenderness – it boasts plenty of other mouth-watering dishes including seafood, a range of pastas and salads drawing inspiration from Asia, the Middle East and the Mediterranean.
