BLT STEAK – opened in New York City in 2004 as a revolutionary modern American Steakhouse by celebrity chef, Laurent Tourondel and is now in Hong Kong. - The tranquil and romantic roof (with power and water) overlooks Ma On Shan and the Lion Rock Country Park. It is suitable for parties, retreats (i.e. yoga,etc. during cooler weather), stargazing and film shooting, etc.
- The basement, which can be used for team building, some sports activities and film shooting and in conjunction with other areas of the house.
- The kitchen, which is well equipped and can be used for cooking classes, workshops in a very different environment.
- The lounge/dining area, which can be used for smaller workshops, team building and gatherings.

"Ga Gi Nang" is a Teochew dialect. One of the province in China. It means Family, Our own people or taking it into a deeper level "Brotherhood". But we are serving Tex-mex cuisine here at Ga Gi Nang.

The reason why we name it Ga Gi Nang is because we all want to have a place to have people bonding together.

A place that we could share our daily life with good foods, drinks and atmosphere. In order to make every customers feel like home as we treat every person as our own people (Ga Gi Nang).
