The event menus are exquisitely designed by Yun Yan's Executive Chef Kenny Chan who is a son of a renowned Sichuan chef family. Besides holding major positions at famous restaurants in Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and Canada, Chef Chan is granted the honorable title of Chef Rôtisseur by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. With endless creativity and over 40 years of experience, he creates modern Sichuan gourmet that embodies the versatility and variety of flavors in Sichuan cuisine. Hazel & Hershey is an artisanal Coffee Shop. Our focus is Coffee bean to cup, we do direct trade from origin, estate and farmers only. Our menu ranges from our large selection of single origin beans or our espresso menu where everyone is sure to find their own cup of coffee. We also have light snacks and finger food available. Hazel & Hershey also have the best coffee tools/machines store in town.
