OVERVIEW The Continental GT V8 S’s new front bumper incorporates an inverted aerofoil-like design, instantly evoking the passion and drama of the racetrack, while a new and innovative lip-style spoiler adorns the rear, providing greater bite in every turn. And beneath the bonnet of the new Continental GT V8 S beats a monstrous heart: a 4.0 litre, twin-turbocharged V8 engine, with the power to generate 520 bhp (389 kW / 528 PS @ 6,000 rpm). At 1,700 RPM the GT V8 S generates 680 Nm of torque – even more than the 660 Nm achieved by its sibling, the GT V8. From a standing start the GT V8 S will reach 60 miles per hour in 4.3 seconds, before climbing all the way to its top speed of 192 mph (309 km/h).

Our Bavarian style restaurant Eggenberg which has indoor and outdoor seating for 72 pax. The restaurant opens from 11am to 10pm.
We import all draft and bottle beers from the Austrian brewery Eggenberg directly. A various selection of snacks and a la carte menu is available.
Our chef Andy combined all tastes from the countries he lived and travelled, creating the new fusion cuisine. The crispy pork knuckle and the finger- licking roasted chicken are the must-try.
The Hive Fashion Studio is a 11m x 7m studio fully equipped with professional grade Profoto lighting set and backscreens. This studio is suitable for fashion shoots, commercials, videos and high-end portraits. There is also a dressing table area, sofa and the neighbouring meeting room can also be booked.
The Hive Studios is staffed from Mon – Fri, 8am – 8pm. Weekend bookings are possible by arrangement. A PhaseOne technician can also be hired. For a custom made package, please contact for more details.
