Our specialist European culinary team helmed by Chef Juanjo Carrillo presents authentic Italian lunch and dinner featuring authentic imported antipasto, pastas and both traditional and creative contemporary signature main courses such as Ossobuco, Veal Saltimbocca and Chicken Milanese.

Styled after a vintage nightclub, the bar is equipped with a professional amplified stereo sound system for superior sound quality, and an excellent collection of jazz vinyl discs for members to choose from. Club members are also invited to bring their own vinyl treasures for other members to enjoy.

Renowned musicians perform at jazz nights on week days, and a trio jazz band on weekends.

The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. MVM Space is located in Aberdeen. It is suitable for various event formats, but specialises in wine events. The venue can accommodate up to 100 people. Designed in consultation with Debraequipment and more, here is a venue to impress your guests during your events and parties. The venue features four main areas: making it adaptable to events of all styles and sizes.

There is also equipment for optional usages like wine equipment (glasses, ice bucket/ice, spittons, bottle openers, trash bins) and kitchen and cooking facilities with glass washer, oven, fridge and microwave, etc.

The newly renovated Palm Court re-opened as part of a USD multi-million dollar transformation for The Langham, Hong Kong, declaring a new era of refinement and civility. The Factory is a spacious, multi-purpose venue that has been refurbished from a manufacturing warehouse located in San Po Kong, Kowloon. Traditionally an industrial area, San Po Kong is redeveloping with creative zones popping up in all corners, and The Factory is its latest installment. Equipped with a professional kitchen, inflatable Chesterfield sofas and large screen projection, The Factory can be configured for different types of events, including corporate training, workshops, parties and cooking gatherings.
