The 3-storey building overlooking Stanley Bay is one of seafront's most popular dining landmarks. Steeped in a stylish East Coast flavour reminiscent of Martha's Vineyard, the relaxed décor offers a comfortable and casual environment. The restaurant's exterior is edged in Cape Cod Blue and whites. Images from America's Cup and Vendee Globe Challenge as well as models of J-Class yachts displayed throughout the building complete the nautical theme. The first-floor balcony and roof-top garden are perfect for alfresco dining and parties on balmy summer nights.

Inspired by a love of hearty Italian cuisine and fresh, healthy Californian cooking, our passion is to make every meal a special one for our diners.

From "00" flour and fresh mozzarella from Italy to quality seafood and meats from France and Australia, we use only the choicest seasonal ingredients to prepare our dishes lovingly on site. Our signature pizzas are made-to-order and fast-fired in our state-of-the-art stone hearth oven, while our vast selection of pastas and salads includes classic favourites as well as innovative creations drawn from our culinary adventures around the world.

The Optimist is a no service charge Northern Spanish-inspired restaurant and Barcelona chic bar located at 239 Hennessy Road. The three-storied restaurant and bar serves Asador-inspired grilled seafood and meat and creative cocktails and drinks with Spanish flair.

*Note the usage of Microphones or different music other than the venue is not allowed. Any decorations should be agreed with the management prior the event or else the management might refuse the usage of such.

Built with exceptional power, this Sunseeker Manhattan 53 sails across open waters combining comfort and functionality. This model presents a fresh perspective on other flybridge motor yachts at the same size. With 3 staterooms and washrooms, a spacious salon, afterdeck and flybridge - this powerboat has the capacity to carry up to 20 guests and 5 crew members. It makes a great space for any kind of gathering, celebration and getaway from the city.

Our Bavarian style restaurant Eggenberg which has indoor and outdoor seating for 72 pax. The restaurant opens from 11am to 10pm. 

We import all draft and bottle beers from the Austrian brewery Eggenberg directly. A various selection of snacks and a la carte menu is available.

Our chef Andy combined all tastes from the countries he lived and travelled, creating the new fusion cuisine. The crispy pork knuckle and the finger- licking roasted chicken are the must-try.
