Thai Mater is a restaurant and bar located in bustling Tsim Sha Tsui. We serve modern and authentic Thai cuisine, all of our chefs are Thai. After making a smooth ascent up to the 26th floor of Tower 535, step into the spacious and elegantly designed 8,000 sq. ft. dining room, complete with an outdoor terrace overlooking Hong Kong’s iconic Victoria Harbor. Another flight of stairs will take you up to a 2,000 sq. ft. rooftop lounge with unrivalled panoramic views of the city. Comfortably seating 150 customers inside the restaurant and a further 30-35 customers on the terrace, Seafood Room presents a wide range of both local and imported fresh and live seafood, serving globally-inspired cuisine including Asian, Mediterranean, South American and more.

With a lavish offering of over 50 seafood dishes, the menu is split into 12 sections including Carpaccio, Sashimi & New-Style Sashimi, Tartare, Ceviche, Seafood Platters, Hot Dishes and Meat among others. Sure-fire prospective favorites include the Langoustine Tartare with Avocado, Truffle & Caviar, Warm Octopus with Potato, Capers, and Smoked Paprika, Seafood Platter, Miso Salmon with Lime, Salt-Baked Sea Bass* (serves 2 people), Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Truffle and Caviar and the fine selection of fresh, premium oysters served with jalapeño & coriander sauce and red wine mignonette. Complete the culinary journey with some delicious desserts, which includes Yuzu Tart with toasted meringue, green tea ice-cream, Peanut Butter Crunch Bar with Banana Ice-Cream and Baked Vanilla Cheesecake with Strawberries.

Start your Seafood Room experience with a cocktail or a glass of champagne at one of Hong Kong’s hottest rooftop bar. With a mesmerizing 270-degree view of Victoria Harbor, the rooftop is the perfect space to wind down with your favorite cocktail or bubbles after a long working week. Live DJ’s will be spinning beats every Friday & Saturday evening for patrons to dance the night away.

Along with elaborate inventive cocktails, Seafood Room also offers an extensive wine list featuring rare and exquisite wines from around the world.

As part of our ongoing continuous improvement at Seafood Room, we are excited to announce the appointment of Olimpio Giovannelli as our new Director of Operations. With an extensive managerial background in the restaurant industry spanning Europe, the Middle East and now Asia, Olimpio has demonstrated tremendous skill in leading the business operations of some of the world’s finest dining establishments such as London’s Cipriani and Mayfair’s renowned seafood restaurant Scott’s before landing his first stint as Restaurant Manager at the reputed Savini Restaurant in Milan.

Bringing with him multiple accolades and mentions over his years in the industry, the infectiously charismatic Olimpio now leads operations at Seafood Room while letting nothing fall short of his high standards for customer care and satisfaction.

Dada Bar + Lounge (Dada), inspired by the Dadaism art movement of the early 20th century, is a living example of contrast and imagination. The space is infused with irony and a visual extravaganza of contrasting patterns, fabrics and shapes. The cocktail menu is the brainchild of Dada's mixologists extraordinaire. They have creatively devised a line of deliciously delectable drinks that reinforce the Dada surrealistic adventure that is anything but ordinary.

BoConcept is centrally located on the busy and exciting Wyndham Street in Central. It features a two-storey furniture showroom that is well designed and coordinated to make event guests feel like they are attending a cozy event at a good friend's home. The highlight of the showroom features a New York apartment style room which connects to an spacious, quiet outdoor terrace. This is a different kind of venue which offers a comfortable and more intimate event space, not to mention probably more sofas to sit on than any other venues!

With interiors by the celebrated designer Ilse Crawford, Duddell’s is a beautiful 2-floored space connected by a dramatic inner staircase. Neither gallery nor museum, but with interiors as noteworthy as the art on its walls, entering Duddell’s is like being welcomed into the eclectic home of a seasoned art collector – one that also happens to have an in-house two Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant, a lush 2,200 square foot outdoor terrace and a sophisticated Salon in which to entertain. Duddell’s is situated on the third and fourth floors of 1 Duddell St., a street with historic significance right in the heart of Hong Kong’s Central district.

SALON AND BAR (Level 4)
The Salon, overlooking the outdoor garden terrace through bronze framed glass doors, has an airy and eclectic residential feeling and offers casual dining and great cocktails at the Bar. Here you can enjoy all day dim sum and Cantonese favourites till late evening, while surrounded by curated art exhibitions. This flexible and stunning space is perfect for any occasion.

THE GARDEN TERRACE
The 2200 sq. ft. timber-decked landscaped outdoor terrace is a unique oasis in the heart of Central. It’s just the spot for intimate gatherings and a wonderful extension of the Salon space.

THE RESTAURANT (Level 3) Two Michelin Stars:
Featuring classic Cantonese offerings under the leadership of Michelin-starred Executive Chef Siu Hin Chi. Chef Siu pays homage to the traditional roots of Cantonese cuisine, combining textures and flavours with contemporary presentations to excite your taste buds and challenge even the most demanding epicure.

PRIVATE DINING ROOMS:
Three private rooms, located within the restaurant, are ideal for private dining or business meetings of 10 - 25 guests. Enjoy the fun of an evening out with the intimacy of an evening in.

THE CHAMBER AND LIBRARY:
The Chamber on Level 3 and The Library on Level 4 are settings for small intimate events, art and cultural talks as well as informal business meetings.
