BRAZA Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse – celebrity chef Richard Sandoval’s latest dining experience to arrive in Hong Kong. EAT DRINK LAUGH ENJOY – this is the style of Braza where Churrascaria, the name used to describe a restaurant that serves meat, mostly grilled, and Rodizio - the method of serving different cuts of meat, that originated from the south of Brazil in the early 1800’s, are proudly on show for guest’s to relish. Although for many we are party and pub central - don’t overlook the food. The menu offers something for everyone, including an all-day breakfast. The Singapore Noodles is great any time of the day or night, the chili con carne has just the right kick. Other favourites include burgers with giant fries, and the ever popular ribs.
