Opened since 1998 in Hong Kong as the brain-child of veteran restaurateur, Mr. Carmelo Lopez. A native Spanish himself, he came to Asia in the 70’s but was still nostalgically attached to the richness and exquisite taste of the cuisine of his motherland. Ole was created from this crave for authenticity! Just experience the genuine touch of Spain the moment you step inside the restaurant: the lemon yellow plastered walls and glazed terracotta tiles of the Mediterranean, the lighting fixture and the decorative potteries directly flown from Spain. All these elements combined to recreate a unique and cozy atmosphere that goes hand in hand for the enjoyment one of the world’s finest cuisines. Stylish loft is bright and spacious New York-style loft which is full of character. It is ideal for filming and photoshoots, press days, product launches, etc. Moreover, the large 2,500 sqft. of open space is complemented by a open professional kitchen. It has 30 windows which flood the loft with light and with very high ceilings.

Bao Bei, means “BABE” in Chinese, is a new “Made in Hong Kong” Lounge & Eatery concept located in Hong Kong’s nightlife hub. Bao Bei will be serving customers Asian themed comforting dishes like Steamed Baos, alongside a variety of small and sharing plates with a playful twist.

At the lounge, mixologists will be shaking Asian themed cocktails and pouring your favourite Asian Craft Beer. Each sip and bite will give patrons an immersive experience into an environment that blends elements from both East and West perfectly.

Furnished with traditional booth-seats and deep leather couches, the well-stocked bar is decorated with ornate columns and wood trimmings. Offering a range of specialty beers, ales and classic English pub food, it also features Scottish whiskies for connoisseurs.
