Birthday? Baby shower? Hen’s night? Umami Concepts has the answer with our signature service: the Interactive Cooking Party. Your event will be hosted by Chef Nolan or a guest chef. He or she will have prepared most of your dinner, allowing you and your guests to add the finishing touches. Afterall, great food is even more delicious when created with great friends. As always, culinary offerings are tailor made for you.

Note: This venue is available for hire for evening events only. The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. It is the masterpiece of a group of passionate chefs and butchers who together have created a truly unique concept based around high quality dry-aged beef. A meal at The Butchers Club is not just a sit-down dinner; it is an experience. Much like Assembly's sister restaurant, Common Room, the gastrobar is loosely inspired by British communal spaces and areas where students gather to relax and interact with one another.
