The red sofas and dark green high stools, together with the open wine rack behind the bar, create the perfect place for winding down. The intimate dining room is furnished with dark-wooden furniture, where old pictures ofJimmy's Kitchen and Hong Kong, as well as daily life in old-time Britain, adorn the walls. The semi-private room at the back of the restaurant is separated by a foldable door and an individual entrance.

The 5,742 ft² newly renovated function room at Panda Hotel, the CRYSTAL, is now adorned with its iconic feature - a unique, colour-changing LED crystal wall. Equipped with professional audio-visual facilities and professional catering services, it is a perfect venue for entertaining friends, hosting a wedding ceremony, scheduling a business meeting or even a large-scale seminar.

The Hotel is highly accessible within walking distances from Tsuen Wan or Tai Wo Hau MTR stations, 20 to 25 minutes’ drive from the Kowloon International Trade & Exhibition Centre, the Hong Kong International Airport and AsiaWorld-Expo respectively. Duddell’s is situated on the third and fourth floors of 1 Duddell St., a street with historic significance right in the heart of Hong Kong’s Central district.

The Salon, overlooking the outdoor garden terrace through bronze framed glass doors, has an airy and eclectic residential feeling and offers casual dining and great cocktails at the Bar. THE GARDEN TERRACE
The 2200 sq. ft. timber-decked landscaped outdoor terrace is a unique oasis in the heart of Central. It’s just the spot for intimate gatherings and a wonderful extension of the Salon space.

THE RESTAURANT (Level 3) Two Michelin Stars:
Featuring classic Cantonese offerings under the leadership of Michelin-starred Executive Chef Siu Hin Chi. Chef Siu pays homage to the traditional roots of Cantonese cuisine, combining textures and flavours with contemporary presentations to excite your taste buds and challenge even the most demanding epicure.
