We love hamburgers more than anything else in the world... we know, we’re weird that way. Our love of ‘all things burger related’ inspired us to spend years researching what makes the perfect hamburger-meat-to-bun ratios, patty recipes, grind coarseness, Maillard reactions, and cheese meltability to name but a few. Beef & Liberty is the product of that obsession - those technical details are exactly what we are all about. It’s this passion that’s made us want to share our burger addiction with the good people of Hong Kong.

Our name originates in 18th century Britain where the leading members of London society gathered in beefsteak clubs to partake of great food, fine booze and entertaining company. The brilliantly named Sublime Society of Beefsteaks was the most famous of all the clubs and its motto was “Let beef and liberty be my reward”. We loved the line so much we took it as our name.

Piccolo's serves good home style Italian food in a relaxed laid back environment. Located in the busy hustle and bustle of Sai Kung Square, Piccolo's is the perfect spot to sit back and watch the Sai Kung community go about their business. Serving authentic Italian Pastas as well as a fantastic range of seafood and Italian treats, Piccolo's is a definite place to visit when visiting Sai Kung. BRAZA Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse – celebrity chef Richard Sandoval’s latest dining experience to arrive in Hong Kong. EAT DRINK LAUGH ENJOY – this is the style of Braza where Churrascaria, the name used to describe a restaurant that serves meat, mostly grilled, and Rodizio - the method of serving different cuts of meat, that originated from the south of Brazil in the early 1800’s, are proudly on show for guest’s to relish. The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of meat, chicken and seafood in succession, to each diner individually right at their table, thus there is no traditional menu, as Braza features an all-you-can-eat continuous tableside service.

We are a warehouse shop specialized in craft products from small producers in France, such as wine, beer, lemonade, olive oil, cheese, and also terrines, rillettes, seafood... 

We have a significant organic range that includes olive oil, beer, chocolate, and brandy, liqueurs...
The surface is around 1000 sq.ft.
