A stairway leads to an intimate dining area which features a wine collection, perched high in 30-plus feet high. Ideal for events and parties, the menu focuses on fresh seafood and dry-aged beef which can be seen in the custom-built temperature controlled cabinet to facilitate its dry-aging process.
