A multi award winning restaurant situated in the stunning heritage site of a former explosives compound, serving up pasta made fresh onsite everyday.

LILY & BLOOM draw their inspiration from the physical streetscapes and downtown street life that emerged in great cities near the turn of the 20th century. Beginning in Paris and migrating to London, New York, San Francisco, and Shanghai, the years of 1890-1930 marked the beginning of not just the modern city, but the way we now eat and drink. Street vendors, cafes, people watching, restaurants, classic cocktails, chefs and cookbooks - all came to the forefront at this time. Most importantly, the life force of all this - the central urban market - was born.

From the intricate architecture of the brick tenements, to the raw energy of immigrant city life and the places such vendors/hawkers/restaurant owners drank and ate, LILY & BLOOM’s interiors hint at both the urban grits and the creative headiness of the early 1900’s. Together with the ingredient-driven food and drink, the concept celebrates the life that markets, food, and those who produce it have given us literally and figuratively. BUZZ CONCEPTS, by partnering with AvroKO, aim to pay tribute to this era in their new duplex space at LILY & BLOOM.

THE RESTAURANT (5/F)
Just one floor down sits Bloom, the city’s definitive contemporary American kitchen. Brimming with energy and warmth, the restaurant is decked out in wood and industrial elements in a design evocative of old Manhattan, and highlights market-fresh flavours and top-of-the-line seafood in their omnipresent raw bar. Honest cooking meets gourmet produce in a menu that reveals a bounty of traditional American favorites refined with subtle European touch.

With its polished wooden floors that render warmth and complementing clean lines Wagyu's interior is stylish and modern, which is matched with a menu offering a fresh approach to the traditional steak restaurant. Whilst our menu is centered on the Australian Wagyu steak – famous for its marbling, great flavor and tenderness – it boasts plenty of other mouth-watering dishes including seafood, a range of pastas and salads drawing inspiration from Asia, the Middle East and the Mediterranean. Whether you are opting for our crispy and delicious Parma Pizza, Linguini Vongole, the freshly imported Australian Barramundi slowly cooked with Chinese herbs and spices served on a bed of bok choy or our notorious “Death by Chocolate", Wagyu is one of Hong Kong's premier and welcoming alfresco dining destinations. Open for all-day dining & although technically a restaurant, Wagyu is also a popular watering hole and Wyndham hotspot at happy hour, after dinner and especially on weekends. Aamchi Mumbai is an Indian Restaurant and Bar with Mumbai City theme, with 60 seats. Screen Protector and LCD screen is available. DJ Music system along with basic conference PA is also available. Table serving or full range buffer can be served with great setup and arrangement.

MHK Meeting Room is in Madera Hotel in Jordan. This 30 square feet venue can hold up to 20 guests. It is bright and airy with floor-to-ground window that lead to the outdoor terrace. In-house F&B menu is provided, perfect to hold breakfast meeting and full-day conference.

Oolaa is a unique all day dining and drinks destination. Located on Soho's Bridges Street, at the ground floor of the luxury residential complex CentreStage, Oolaa is a 6000ft² venue housing a restaurant, lounge bar, cafe corner and private dining area all under one roof. With a seating capacity of 200 guests or 450 standing, Oolaa restaurant, with its intimate outdoor terrace, “fine wine corner", wood fired pizza oven, serves an array of high quality unpretentious worldly cuisine; with a wine list to match.

The Bar area exudes a loungey atmosphere with its classic design and elegant drink list…..the perfect spot for a pre-dinner cocktail, happy hour with colleagues or to ring in the weekend with friends!
