CABARET is a master fusion of world class performing talents, profound gastronomy, top of the chart fine drinks and dynamic parties. The only authentic Japanese restaurant located on the Southside of Hong Kong, Shoku is a 4,000 square-foot beachfront venue with three private rooms and tables for large parties featuring Hong Kong’s largest authentic Japanese “Binchotan” charcoal grill as its centerpiece. Guests are encouraged to choose from the selection of fresh seafood such as whole scallops, Kinki fish, surf clams, abalone, conch and much more from the display around the grill which is flown in daily from the best suppliers in Japan and then cooked on the grill in front of the diners.

Shoku uses binchotan, an extremely pure, high-carbon charcoal made from oak because its high density allows it to burn with very little smoke at a steady high heat over long periods so that it locks in the juices of seafood and meats and enhances the natural flavours of the food.

Spacious indoor area with flexible settings available. The outdoor terrace offers a chill place to relax and enjoy the delicious food under comfortable ambience.

It is a superb private venue for BBQ, private parties and corporate function events.

The large seat venue is in a popular harbour side strip in Tsim Sha Tsui that offers a fantastic harbour backdrop.

It rocks at night, with the band that plays long and late, seven days a week.

Apart from being a local ‘watering hole’ to watch important sporting fixtures televised from around the world, the venue can accommodate a large groups for parties. Last Christmas, 500 Santas converged on the venue after a Twitter request ran amok around Hong Kong via a sporting group gathering and The DogHouse resembled a scene from the movie, ‘’Bad Santa’’.

Although for many we are party and pub central - don’t overlook the food. The menu offers something for everyone, including an all-day breakfast. The Singapore Noodles is great any time of the day or night, the chili con carne has just the right kick. Other favourites include burgers with giant fries, and the ever popular ribs.

The wine list is pretty decent too and easy to follow. Because we are loyal dogs to all of our many followers, and like to help them have a great time, whether they are with their family for a quiet meal or off the leash and on the lash.

1,500 square feet area with an accommodation up to 80, Easy Kitchen is located in Quarry Bay next to Tai Koo MTR Station. It is also close to the Eastern Harbour Tunnel, guests can easily access by diversity of private and public transport.

Easy Kitchen has both indoor space and outdoor terrace. With it's high flexibility of layout and movable tables and chairs, it is suitable of any kinds of events and parties.
