Chef Eddy is well known in Hong Kong's dining circle as a pioneer of the private kitchen scene since the 1990's, and with G7 he is back in Central to share his authentic and refined take on Italian food. Using only the freshest seasonal produce, from Chef Eddy's home-made breads and pastas, to white truffles from Alba and fresh daily seafood from Hokkaido, G7 provides clients with a culinary experience not to be missed! Lively Belgian beer house FRITES brings a taste of Europe to Hong Kong. On entering the bistro, you will see an authentic Belgian-style bar, stocked with four genuine Belgian beers on tap and many more available by the bottle.

The menu offers traditional and unique Belgian fare, including mussels in Hoegaarden beer sauce, pork knuckle and Stella Artois battered fish and chips. At this buzzing authentic Belgian bistro you can’t help but feel part of the energy and excitement, even before your first beer of many is served!
