We spent time working on fine-tuning the formidable 4.0 litre V8 S twin-turbocharged engine to produce an improved torque level of 680 Nm for improved acceleration, even at low revs. It propels the car to a top speed of 190 mph (306 km/h) effortlessly. We’ve also specially calibrated the suspension for increased responsiveness. And, of course, this exhilarating performance is matched by equally innovative, state-of-the-art fuel efficiencies. These enhancements also combine with one of the world’s finest all-wheel drive systems to deliver excellent traction and control. Together, these features make the Flying Spur V8 S a supremely rewarding drive. Our crepes use the finest ingredients, all lovingly hand prepared onsite the traditional way. We offer classic French fillings such as the Crepe Complete (ham, cheese, egg and spinach) but we have also created some contemporary twists such as our Crepe Hong Kong (condensed milk, peanut butter, toasted coconut and ice cream).

Much like Assembly's sister restaurant, Common Room, the gastrobar is loosely inspired by British communal spaces and areas where students gather to relax and interact with one another. The venue has a very Parisian train station feel, with curved black arches framing the ceiling and wispy handwriting on the walls spelling out, "Bon Voyage."
