Public restaurants in One Island East, Quarry Bay, offers an international selection of food and drinks for busy office executives and local residents alike.

The self-serviced takeaway counterpart Public Deli and the full-service Public Restaurant on Level 37 of One Island East present a vast array of culinary options and both available for event hiring. Public Deli features four different booths including Hagaki (Japanese), Pho Real (Vietnamese), Colibri (Italian) and Bombay Boom (Indian) and the linked 150-seat Public Restaurant with floor to ceiling windows is a round-the-clock dine-in area providing a seasonal contemporary fare of International favourites including Italian, Indian, Japanese and Vietnamese cuisines.

The Continental is an elegant restaurant inspired by the sophisticated charm of Europe’s grand cafes that presents a menu of lovingly refined dishes. Each dish is created in response to pure ingredients presented beautiful. Service is from lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, to late night drinks and snacks. The perfect space to unwind in the city.

Located at Brim 28 – Causeway Center (Wanchai), the brand-new landmark for tasteful alfresco dining, it offers wonderful outdoor seating in the heart of our restless city; an oasis only five minutes walk from the shores of Victoria Harbour. In keeping with The Salted Pig's rustic, English-style farmhouse concept, interior designer Kinney Chan blends homey and chic elements, with blackboards, wooden pedal, a chopping block bar, a fun and playful pig mural and various pig-themed items. The use of wood is everywhere, such as bare wooden tables and simple wooden chairs. Single tables and booths are available for intimate social gatherings, while a full-height shelf can be slide out to form a private area for parties.

Combinations of beige, grey and brown shades, as well as a touch of red are used to generate a homey and warm feeling. By creating a natural and cozy ambience, this rustic restaurant is ideal for local guests and tourists to escape from the modern world. Another highlight of the restaurant is the spacious outdoor terrace, where diners can enjoy relaxing alfresco dining and wind down from the hectic workweek at the same time.

Inspired by the crazy nightlife and ferocious drinking culture of Japan, AMAZAKE is an izakaya and Japanese specialty bar combining the best of drinking's past, present and future. This is a safe haven for those restless souls who want an unforgettable night out filled with delicious foods, unbelievably creative cocktails and loads of some of Hong Kong's most favoured drinking games!

We wanted to pay homage to one of Japan's most beloved icons – the sumo wrestler - and re-imagined an izakaya and bar that would be ideal for these cherubic champions to play, relax and drink after a long hard day of wrestling on the mat.

"AMAZAKE" is named after the traditional Japanese drink made from fermented rice. The drink is normally sweet and popular to use in many Japanese food and drink recipes. It's even been considered as a homegrown hangover cure – perfect to chug down after a night out at our izakaya bar.
