Following a nautical theme, the ground floor bar features floor-to-ceiling folding windows that open onto the busy D'Aguilar Street. The floor is covered with teak furniture resembling a ship's deck and a long, polished brass bar countertop stretches across the room. Dominating the bar's sunset yellow walls are large mirrors, framed in stainless steel, complete with brass bolts. Nautical wares such as solid brass barometers, cabin clocks and anchors adorn the walls. A pair of 21-inch televisions screens footage from classic yachting races to annual sports events. Two of the smaller rooms can be opened up into one 16 x 20 feet meeting room. The venue has a small kitchen open to the common area. 2 toilets. The mirrored wall in the studio can be covered with white curtains. Folding chairs, folding tables, flip-chart, yoga mats, massage table, blankets meditation cushions, bolsters are available at the studio. The studio can take 40 yoga mats on the floor.
Classroom style in main studio can accommodate 60 easily. 20 folding chairs available on site, additional seating available on a request basis for an additional fee. Use of VCR complimentary.
