The Gallery, is part of Air|Space, Hong Kong’s most stunning warehouse conversion venue, is situated right at this heart of historic Ap Lei Chau, perched on the edge of the iconic Aberdeen Bay. Oozing with industrial character and natural charm, Air|Space’s eclectic mix of hand-picked furniture and artwork contrasts the building’s original rustic features, and makes it the best backdrop for the most memorable event for your guests.

After making a smooth ascent up to the 26th floor of Tower 535, step into the spacious and elegantly designed 8,000 sq. ft. dining room, complete with an outdoor terrace overlooking Hong Kong’s iconic Victoria Harbor. Another flight of stairs will take you up to a 2,000 sq. ft. rooftop lounge with unrivalled panoramic views of the city. Comfortably seating 150 customers inside the restaurant and a further 30-35 customers on the terrace, Seafood Room presents a wide range of both local and imported fresh and live seafood, serving globally-inspired cuisine including Asian, Mediterranean, South American and more.

With a lavish offering of over 50 seafood dishes, the menu is split into 12 sections including Carpaccio, Sashimi & New-Style Sashimi, Tartare, Ceviche, Seafood Platters, Hot Dishes and Meat among others. Sure-fire prospective favorites include the Langoustine Tartare with Avocado, Truffle & Caviar, Warm Octopus with Potato, Capers, and Smoked Paprika, Seafood Platter, Miso Salmon with Lime, Salt-Baked Sea Bass* (serves 2 people), Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Truffle and Caviar and the fine selection of fresh, premium oysters served with jalapeño & coriander sauce and red wine mignonette. Complete the culinary journey with some delicious desserts, which includes Yuzu Tart with toasted meringue, green tea ice-cream, Peanut Butter Crunch Bar with Banana Ice-Cream and Baked Vanilla Cheesecake with Strawberries.

Start your Seafood Room experience with a cocktail or a glass of champagne at one of Hong Kong’s hottest rooftop bar. With a mesmerizing 270-degree view of Victoria Harbor, the rooftop is the perfect space to wind down with your favorite cocktail or bubbles after a long working week. Live DJ’s will be spinning beats every Friday & Saturday evening for patrons to dance the night away.

Along with elaborate inventive cocktails, Seafood Room also offers an extensive wine list featuring rare and exquisite wines from around the world.

As part of our ongoing continuous improvement at Seafood Room, we are excited to announce the appointment of Olimpio Giovannelli as our new Director of Operations. With an extensive managerial background in the restaurant industry spanning Europe, the Middle East and now Asia, Olimpio has demonstrated tremendous skill in leading the business operations of some of the world’s finest dining establishments such as London’s Cipriani and Mayfair’s renowned seafood restaurant Scott’s before landing his first stint as Restaurant Manager at the reputed Savini Restaurant in Milan.

Bringing with him multiple accolades and mentions over his years in the industry, the infectiously charismatic Olimpio now leads operations at Seafood Room while letting nothing fall short of his high standards for customer care and satisfaction.

Another “destination” Classified location, Stanley offers both relaxation and the ambiance of a small village by the water. This being our largest Classified, it’s a very popular spot for kids and family parties (e.g. Kids’ birthday party) and offers a full day out being near Murray House and Tin Hau Temple.

The entire venue can accommodate 70 people sit down and 100 people stand up. A semi-private area within the restaurant can be provided for intimate events, accommodating 20 – 30 people.

Premium butcher and delicatessen Feather & Bone opens a one-stop grocery shop and restaurant.The cosy 30-seat eatery serves freshly made meals from 7am to 10pm daily, whilst al fresco seating accommodates up to 20 guests — perfect for private parties or whiling away an afternoon with a sampling of cheese, a freshly prepared salad and a glass of chilled wine. 

Well-stocked delicatessen-style counters showcase a selection of fine curds and meats, whilst a carefully curated collection of wines and spirits promise to elevate even the finest of home bars. Guests can opt to order meat straight from the butcher’s counter to be cooked to their liking, or have it lovingly packed with recipe suggestions from their expert butchers. 

Feather & Bone Happy Valley promised promises to be more than just a grocery store; the highly anticipated one-stop shop is sure to draw a crowd from the neighbourhood and beyond. 

Common Room is a destination for classic, contemporary, and molecular cocktails in Lan Kwai Fong. With three top cocktail mixologists, and a scrumptious world-inspired menu that will be served tapas style, Common Room is a place for patrons to relax with their friends, drink cocktails made exactly how you like it, and enjoy good food that's perfect for sharing. The new 4000ft² rustic industrial chic gastrobar features a 31 feet long mixology glass and cast iron liquor library, long wooden communal tables, Funktion One sound system, and an outdoor terrace decorated with reclaimed ship wood.

Daimon Family Cafe presents a family menu for the most scrumptious get-together! Apart from its signature ramen selection, the Whampoa-exclusive menu includes self-service salad & beverage bars, kids’ meals and more. In addition to Japanese fare, Daimon Family Cafe introduces western snacks and Korean delights, bringing some of the foodies’ favourite to the menu. 

Daimon Family Cafe caters over 100 guests and is a kids-friendly and cozy place for casual parties, family gatherings and kid’s parties.
