From "00" flour and fresh mozzarella from Italy to quality seafood and meats from France and Australia, we use only the choicest seasonal ingredients to prepare our dishes lovingly on site. Hotcup is a private bar and nightclub venue located in Tsim Sha Tsui, it is close to the MTR Station, only 2 minutes walking distance. The layout of this venue is flexible, it can be transformed into different setting in order to cope with guests of different needs.

Shore, where water meets the land, is named after the confluence of its 'onshore' main dining room specialising in prime steaks and the 'offshore' lounge area serving one of the most exciting drinks menus in town. The 10000ft² split-level venue aims to bring nature into a modern interior space. Its 'onshore' main dining room is conceptualised as a natural earth's land and can seat up to 80 persons for banquets and private dining. The 'offshore' lounge, meanwhile, is designed for entertaining and networking, which can accommodate up to 200 guests for private parties with drinks and canapés. The spacious 1800ft² outdoor terrace with comfortable sofas, wooden high tables and booth seating is ideal for alfresco social gatherings, casual lunches and corporate events of up to 200 guests. The lounge and outdoor terrace can be combined into a larger space for grand-scale events of up to 400 persons.
