Internationally acclaimed designer Tom Dixon’s Design Research Studio have crafted a venue of infinite beauty, encompassing the stunning views across Victoria Harbour and features influences of the elements of stone, wood, fire and water.

The restaurant introduces the culinary skills of head Chef Mike Boyle, previously of Bistecca, who has created a menu featuring the finest grill items of exclusively sourced beef, an eclectic array of starters and salads and creative side dishes all with a wrap of decadent desserts. Supported by a superb range of wines from some of the world’s most respected vineyards and a creative assembly of cocktails, ALTO presents a stunning location to embrace uninterrupted views across Hong Kong while indulging in a pleasurable dining experience.

Japanese for "fireworks", the dining experience at Hanabi is a burst of seamless, intricate Japanese flavors meshed with a modern flair. This is thanks in part to popular Japanese sushi chef Michael Chan (previously of Café Kool and NOBU Intercontinental Hong Kong) who brings his signature subtle Japanese cuisine with a fusion flair to this newly opened, intimate, romantic restaurant.

The Fat Pig is a creative nose-to-tail pork concept where dishes are categorized by cooking method, are served as and when ready and are made for sharing encouraging you to try different cuts. At Café Duvet, the intimate white walled bar with dark timber floor is highlighted by high-gloss, lipstick red stools. Here, you can relax and create your own cocktails and people-watch at the busy D Deck. Café Duvet's bar is overlooks a second, larger raised outdoor space situated in the centre of the Square. This self-contained area, surrounded by tall palms and Jacarandas, is where customers can tuck into one of the seven canopied booths fitted with comfortable blue and red colored day-beds as they enjoy drinks and tapas. The booths are complemented by three huge circular day-bed shaded by sun parasols.
