We love hamburgers more than anything else in the world... we know, we’re weird that way. Our love of ‘all things burger related’ inspired us to spend years researching what makes the perfect hamburger-meat-to-bun ratios, patty recipes, grind coarseness, Maillard reactions, and cheese meltability to name but a few. Beef & Liberty is the product of that obsession - those technical details are exactly what we are all about. It’s this passion that’s made us want to share our burger addiction with the good people of Hong Kong.

Our name originates in 18th century Britain where the leading members of London society gathered in beefsteak clubs to partake of great food, fine booze and entertaining company. The brilliantly named Sublime Society of Beefsteaks was the most famous of all the clubs and its motto was “Let beef and liberty be my reward”. We loved the line so much we took it as our name.

NAMO is a ‘must try’ culinary destination with a stunning view of Victoria Harbour located in Empire Centre, Tsim Sha Tsui East. Launched by renowned Thai chef Khun Wijannarongk Kunchit (whose expertise stems from working with the likes of Thai royals, dignitaries, and celebrity chef Bobby Chinn), the restaurant presents innovative Thai delicacies featuring quality-imported ingredients (giant Atlantic octopus, French mussels, Iberico pork ribs and Black Angus beef are just some of the top products being offered). Here, the kitchen takes Thai cuisine to the next level by combining traditional flavours of Thai cooking with contemporary recipes.

With a seating capacity of 35 persons inside and 30 persons outside, it allows great flexibility to organize parties and functions, either in dinner style or cocktail style (we can then cater for more persons). Aberdeen Street has a relaxed atmosphere, loungy decoration, great music, and free wifi. Indoor and outdoor walls can be written on with chalk allowing the place to be decorated as fits the occasion. Sheung Wan Activity Space is located in Sheung Wan, a centralised area in island. It is easily accessed by several minutes walk form Sheung Wan MTR Station (Exit C). Located in a commercial, opposite to Macau Ferry Terminal, its modern style decorations made it suitable for different types of seminars, tutorials, talks, etc. It can accommodate up to 50 people for your events. Moreover, the venue is flexible in setup in order to fit your event and party needs.
