Public restaurants in One Island East, Quarry Bay, offers an international selection of food and drinks for busy office executives and local residents alike.

The self-serviced takeaway counterpart Public Deli and the full-service Public Restaurant on Level 37 of One Island East present a vast array of culinary options and both available for event hiring. Public Deli features four different booths including Hagaki (Japanese), Pho Real (Vietnamese), Colibri (Italian) and Bombay Boom (Indian) and the linked 150-seat Public Restaurant with floor to ceiling windows is a round-the-clock dine-in area providing a seasonal contemporary fare of International favourites including Italian, Indian, Japanese and Vietnamese cuisines.

We believe every beer has a story, connecting brewer to drinker. So we handcraft ours with dedication, using only the best ingredients, to bring you the purest & tastiest all-grain beer in HK.

Kennedy Town’s Shoreditch, Urban Eatery and Battlecruiser brings a taste of London’s trendy east end eateries and culture to an area of Hong Kong that in the last couple of years has started to establish itself as a more relaxed alternative to the hustle and bustle of Soho and its surrounding areas.

Our food has strong links back to Britain whether directly by offering a traditional British dish or indirectly by taking British ingredients to create a more modern flavour suited to Asian tastes. The menu is regularly updated with new offerings. The drinks are also, in the main, uniquely British with offerings of Craft Beers, some interesting British wines within its wine list and British distilled Spirits allowing for some very interesting modern British cocktails.

About 2,600 square feet area consists of three classrooms with an accommodation of up to 40. This classroom is in North Point close to Fortress Hill MTR Station and there are some bus stops nearby, transportation is convenient. This is perfect for cooking events, classes , private parties, team building, marketing events etc. On the other hand, the New Oriental Culinary will regularly launch new lessons for supplication. Students can use the equipment and facilities as much as they can. Please contact us for more details.

Tamarind's Thai and Vietnamese kitchen is headed by Master Chef Amoo. A native of Chiang Mai, chef Amoo enhanced his skills with regional cooking tours to Vietnam and Thailand, and has cooked with the famous Chef Bobby Chinn from Saigon. He captures the essence of Thailand and Vietnam and recreates it in his dishes at Tamarind. His enticing menu features Thai pomelo salad with grilled prawn, black cod marinated in tamarind, royal Thai chicken massaman curry and stir fried spicy pork neck served on a sizzling plate

Taking charge in the Indian kitchen is Chef Ravilal Bhandari whose wealth of culinary experience includes 15 years as the Executive Chef at the highly reputable Viceroy of India Restaurant in Hong Kong. Some of chef Bhandari's mouthwatering specialties includes pani poori trio which features crispy puffs stuffed with tangy potatoes paired with a selection of spiced water, mouthwatering morsels of tandoori salmon and lamb dum biryani cooked and served in a sealed pot.
