Premium butcher and delicatessen Feather & Bone opens a one-stop grocery shop and restaurant.The cosy 30-seat eatery serves freshly made meals from 7am to 10pm daily, whilst al fresco seating accommodates up to 20 guests — perfect for private parties or whiling away an afternoon with a sampling of cheese, a freshly prepared salad and a glass of chilled wine. 

Well-stocked delicatessen-style counters showcase a selection of fine curds and meats, whilst a carefully curated collection of wines and spirits promise to elevate even the finest of home bars. Guests can opt to order meat straight from the butcher’s counter to be cooked to their liking, or have it lovingly packed with recipe suggestions from their expert butchers.

More than 6000ft² of ground floor harbour front space in the Empire Centre is the popular restaurant's new home. 1,500 square feet area with an accommodation up to 80, Easy Kitchen is located in Quarry Bay next to Tai Koo MTR Station. It is also close to the Eastern Harbour Tunnel, guests can easily access by diversity of private and public transport.

Easy Kitchen has both indoor space and outdoor terrace. With it's high flexibility of layout and movable tables and chairs, it is suitable of any kinds of events and parties.
