Located at Block H of Middle Zone, Yi's Kitchen is a 2-storey restaurant that provides quality food and beverage services to visitors of Jao Tsung-I Academy. In additional to the Food and Beverage arrangement provided by Yi’s Kitchen, Jao Tsung-I Academy provides different kinds of facilities for various events such as Conference Room, Theater, Lecture Hall and Resources Centre. Guests are welcome to rent the facilities to enhance the dining experience.

Located at Hong Kong Central Star Ferry, Watermark offers unparalleled waterfront dining, boasting a stunning 270-degree view of Victoria Harbour. Contemporary continental cuisine is served at this harbour side eatery. An elegant stone entranceway and water features take you into Watermark's sleek interior of teak, marble and glass. The three-sided water views of the open-plan space can be utilized to full capacity, or partitioned to create an intimate dining experience. A stairway leads to an intimate dining area which features a wine collection, perched high in 30-plus feet high. A translucent sky-light ceiling gives the restaurant luminous, natural daylight, while the surrounding open-air deck offers a spectacular view of Kowloon peninsula and ferries commuting on the water. Ideal for events and parties, the menu focuses on fresh seafood and dry-aged beef which can be seen in the custom-built temperature controlled cabinet to facilitate its dry-aging process.

The interior of The Woods compliments and expands upon the culinary experience of its cocktails. It evokes the warmth and sense of discovery of ‘the woods’ without taking on a literal interpretation. Patrons of Jimmy’s can enjoy their all-time favourite dishes within comfortable, relaxed surroundings. The red sofas and dark green high stools, together with the open wine rack behind the bar, create the perfect place for winding down. The intimate dining room is furnished with dark-wooden furniture, where old pictures ofJimmy's Kitchen and Hong Kong, as well as daily life in old-time Britain, adorn the walls. The semi-private room at the back of the restaurant is separated by a foldable door and an individual entrance.
