BRAZA Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse – celebrity chef Richard Sandoval’s latest dining experience to arrive in Hong Kong. EAT DRINK LAUGH ENJOY – this is the style of Braza where Churrascaria, the name used to describe a restaurant that serves meat, mostly grilled, and Rodizio - the method of serving different cuts of meat, that originated from the south of Brazil in the early 1800’s, are proudly on show for guest’s to relish. The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of meat, chicken and seafood in succession, to each diner individually right at their table, thus there is no traditional menu, as Braza features an all-you-can-eat continuous tableside service.

BISTECCA, ITALIAN STEAK HOUSE – a new concept in fine dining Italian style. With rustic themes of Tuscany, Bistecca brings a touch of Italy to the heart of Lan Kwai Fong. Sizzling steaks, fresh pasta, wonderful antipasto and desserts, all with an Italian influence is what Bistecca is about. Supported by a stunning array of Italian wines, Bistecca introduces superb dining with a provincial Italian touch.

Located on the entire 20th floor, at The ONE Tsim Sha Tsui, customers can enjoy a striking panoramic skyline of Hong Kong at its famous Victoria Harbour. The 190-seat and over 6,000 square feet that draws on the Cafe Deco heritage of art deco for a classic ambiance that stretches across the level with open oyster bar and lively lobster tank, an authentic tandoori oven, cocktail bar and intimate dining tables with a breathtaking view. 

Our Executive Chef, Mr. Martin Kniss, and his talented team will continue to bring along their culinary signatures dishes such as Cafe Deco tapas selection, oysters, tandoori Himalayan chicken, Australian Angus beef and American ribeye to the new Cafe Deco to symbolise its 2 decades of strong tradition.

The French Window is a cosmopolitan brasserie with a décor exuding Parisian beauty and elegance. The cozy dining room offers a panoramic view of the Victoria Harbour across its double-height floor-to-ceiling windows. The spacious venue provides high flexibility for event set-up and decoration, which is ideal for hosting different types of events, ranging from wedding reception, cocktail party, luncheon, dinner, buffet, corporate conference and product launch event.
