The Hong Kong Academy of Flower Arrangement (hkafa) is a renowned international flower school. We have 2 venue options in Tsim Sha Tsui and Wanchai featuring a spacious, minimalistic and bright environment. hkafa is experienced in organizing private theme parties, corporate events, product launch and flower arrangement workshops. CRAFTSTEAK, OPEN FIRE COOKING – created for comfort, Craftsteak provides a memorable fine dining experience. A feature of the restaurant is the open fire cooking on the custom made charcoal fired grill which creates wonderful hints of smoke flavor to the sizzling grills. Classic starters, the freshest cuts of steaks from Australia, USA and Canada as well as poultry, seafood and vegetables, all presented with a selection of individual sauces, are there to enjoy in an atmosphere created for comfort. Famous for its great selection of world wines, many available by the glass.

In keeping with The Salted Pig's rustic, English-style farmhouse concept, interior designer Kinney Chan blends homey and chic elements, with blackboards, wooden pedal, a chopping block bar, a fun and playful pig mural and various pig-themed items. The use of wood is everywhere, such as bare wooden tables and simple wooden chairs. Single tables and booths are available for intimate social gatherings, while a full-height shelf can be slide out to form a private area for parties.

Combinations of beige, grey and brown shades, as well as a touch of red are used to generate a homey and warm feeling. By creating a natural and cozy ambience, this rustic restaurant is ideal for local guests and tourists to escape from the modern world. Another highlight of the restaurant is the spacious outdoor terrace, where diners can enjoy relaxing alfresco dining and wind down from the hectic workweek at the same time.

ESPACE is a multi-purpose events venue conveniently nestled in the very heart of Central – with expansive views over Exchange Square and IFC, this generous 4000ft² private, customizable indoor space is a true rarity in Hong Kong.
