Bib n Hops is an urban loft-like space with a sophisticated-industrial design aesthetic. With a spacious patio and dining room with natural light, the venue is open and airy. The exposed brick walls and modern graffiti give a cool, relaxed vibe. Sitting on the second floor of the J Senses building, Bib n Hops is perfect for intimate events with some privacy.

Having moved to a bigger and better location just across the street, PizzaExpress Wing Fung Street is now with two floors and plenty of seats to feed more handmade Italian pizza-lovers. The relaxed interior features rustic wooden tables, warm spot lighting and a signature open kitchen that allows diners to witness the chefs skilfully tossing pizzas. This stylish environment with a convivial atmosphere will be a perfect dining spot for business lunches, family gatherings or casual catch-ups with friends.

Southside Terrace, is part of Air|Space, Hong Kong’s most stunning warehouse conversion venue, is situated right at this heart of historic Ap Lei Chau, perched on the edge of the iconic Aberdeen Bay. Oozing with industrial character and natural charm, Air|Space’s eclectic mix of hand-picked furniture and artwork contrasts the building’s original rustic features, and makes it the best backdrop for the most memorable event for your guests.

The large seat venue is in a popular harbour side strip in Tsim Sha Tsui that offers a fantastic harbour backdrop.

It rocks at night, with the band that plays long and late, seven days a week.

Apart from being a local ‘watering hole’ to watch important sporting fixtures televised from around the world, the venue can accommodate a large groups for parties. Last Christmas, 500 Santas converged on the venue after a Twitter request ran amok around Hong Kong via a sporting group gathering and The DogHouse resembled a scene from the movie, ‘’Bad Santa’’.

Although for many we are party and pub central - don’t overlook the food. The menu offers something for everyone, including an all-day breakfast. The Singapore Noodles is great any time of the day or night, the chili con carne has just the right kick. Other favourites include burgers with giant fries, and the ever popular ribs.

The wine list is pretty decent too and easy to follow. Because we are loyal dogs to all of our many followers, and like to help them have a great time, whether they are with their family for a quiet meal or off the leash and on the lash.

We love hamburgers more than anything else in the world... we know, we’re weird that way. Our love of ‘all things burger related’ inspired us to spend years researching what makes the perfect hamburger-meat-to-bun ratios, patty recipes, grind coarseness, Maillard reactions, and cheese meltability to name but a few. Beef & Liberty is the product of that obsession - those technical details are exactly what we are all about. It’s this passion that’s made us want to share our burger addiction with the good people of Hong Kong.

Our name originates in 18th century Britain where the leading members of London society gathered in beefsteak clubs to partake of great food, fine booze and entertaining company. The brilliantly named Sublime Society of Beefsteaks was the most famous of all the clubs and its motto was “Let beef and liberty be my reward”. We loved the line so much we took it as our name.
