Dating back to 1888, The Pawn is housed in one of Hong Kong’s most historical buildings. What was once the famous Woo Cheong pawn shop became The Pawn in 2008 and re-opened in collaboration with British celebrity chef Tom Aikens after an extensive refurbishment. Featuring modern British cuisine on the second floor ‘Kitchen’ and handcrafted cocktails and artisanal spirits on the first floor ‘Botanicals’ bar. 

With a permanent art collection curated by well-known Hong Kong artist ‘anothermountainman’ (Stanley Wong) featuring some of Hong Kong’s top contemporary artists, The Pawn has become more than just a dining space. Mahalo Tiki Lounge is an upscale Polynesian destination situated on the top floor of QRE Plaza in fashionable Queen’s Road East. Evoking the stylish elegance of the 1970’s, Mahalo’s tropical Chic lounge and open-air terrace offer sweeping views of the city and provide Hong Kongers a luxury refuge. Mahalo is a warm Hawaiian expression of gratitude and respect, which is extended to guests as they walk in the door.

Young Master is Hong Kong’s highest rated craft brewery making all natural beers locally. Our signature beers have won awards in local and international competitions.Young Master’s second brewery location in Wong Chuk Hang also features an event space with tanks and barrels as a backdrop. Brewery Tours and a tasting of Young Master beers will be included and together with chef partners we can offer events ranging from social or corporate dinners and stand up beer “cocktail” receptions.
