Opened since 1998 in Hong Kong as the brain-child of veteran restaurateur, Mr. Carmelo Lopez. A native Spanish himself, he came to Asia in the 70’s but was still nostalgically attached to the richness and exquisite taste of the cuisine of his motherland. Ole was created from this crave for authenticity! Just experience the genuine touch of Spain the moment you step inside the restaurant: the lemon yellow plastered walls and glazed terracotta tiles of the Mediterranean, the lighting fixture and the decorative potteries directly flown from Spain. - The tranquil and romantic roof (with power and water) overlooks Ma On Shan and the Lion Rock Country Park. It is suitable for parties, retreats (i.e. yoga,etc. during cooler weather), stargazing and film shooting, etc.
- The basement, which can be used for team building, some sports activities and film shooting and in conjunction with other areas of the house.
- The kitchen, which is well equipped and can be used for cooking classes, workshops in a very different environment.
- The lounge/dining area, which can be used for smaller workshops, team building and gatherings.

A friendly high quality conference/seminar meeting place separated with private tea/coffee corner and desktop reception area overlooking the Kowloon Cricket Club in Tsim She Tsui within 5 min walking distance from MTR. Seating arrangement up to 40 seats with or without tables as formated at your own preference.
