Beneath the bonnet of the Continental GT V8 S Convertible beats a monstrous heart: a 4.0 litre, twin-turbocharged V8 engine generating 680 Newton metres (502 lb.ft) of torque. Despite its muscular powerplant, the Continental GT V8 S Convertible is remarkably efficient with CO2 emissions at a mere 258 g/km, due in no small part to the use of variable displacement. But this supercar performance doesn’t mean a compromise on comfort. Thanks to the four layer construction of its retractable roof, the GT Convertible accommodates up to four people with the hood up in the same unflustered refinement as its hard-topped sibling.

The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. It is the masterpiece of a group of passionate chefs and butchers who together have created a truly unique concept based around high quality dry-aged beef.
