A native Spanish himself, he came to Asia in the 70’s but was still nostalgically attached to the richness and exquisite taste of the cuisine of his motherland. Ole was created from this crave for authenticity! Just experience the genuine touch of Spain the moment you step inside the restaurant: the lemon yellow plastered walls and glazed terracotta tiles of the Mediterranean, the lighting fixture and the decorative potteries directly flown from Spain. The 6 meter tall hall, which can accomodate up to 500 guests, is equipped with 7 projector screens included the main projector screen measuring 5 meter and width of 7 meters, making this an ideal place for any event.

FINDS’ charmed Nordic spirit carries on to its four function rooms suitable for private dining or small-scale celebrations.“Nordic Express” resembles a surreally-designed European train carriage with a large clock on one wall running backwards. “Nordic Winter” exudes elegant atmosphere of luxury and snowy winter romance featuring bright silver seats, white curtains on both sides and frosted glass mirror wall. “Nordic Summer” leaves guests feeling as if they stepped into the Nordic garden in midsummer. The framing of the main section of this room is laden with a peacock feather curtain and flower-lined walls and ceiling. “Hell” is designed in dark and sensual tone, incorporating the use of deep, smooth reds and blacks, irregularly placed long mirrors and human-sized candles. With exclusive views of the open kitchen, it offers the luxury experience of chef’s table where guests will be able to appreciate culinary artists making their masterpieces.
