The Continental GT3-R marks an exciting new chapter in the Continental story. It is, by far, the most dynamic road car Bentley has ever created – a car inspired by our victorious racing heritage. Capable of reaching 60 mph from a standstill in just 3.6 seconds (0-100 km/h in 3.8 secs), the Continental GT3-R is a Grand Tourer with the performance of a racer. The Continental GT3-R develops 580 PS (572 bhp / 426 kW) and 700 Nm of torque, together with a 100 kg weight reduction and shorter gearing, making it the fastest-accelerating Bentley ever. Dada Bar + Lounge (Dada), inspired by the Dadaism art movement of the early 20th century, is a living example of contrast and imagination. The space is infused with irony and a visual extravaganza of contrasting patterns, fabrics and shapes. The cocktail menu is the brainchild of Dada's mixologists extraordinaire. They have creatively devised a line of deliciously delectable drinks that reinforce the Dada surrealistic adventure that is anything but ordinary.
Located on the entire 20th floor, at The ONE Tsim Sha Tsui, customers can enjoy a striking panoramic skyline of Hong Kong at its famous Victoria Harbour. The 190-seat and over 6,000 square feet that draws on the Cafe Deco heritage of art deco for a classic ambiance that stretches across the level with open oyster bar and lively lobster tank, an authentic tandoori oven, cocktail bar and intimate dining tables with a breathtaking view.
Our Executive Chef, Mr. Martin Kniss, and his talented team will continue to bring along their culinary signatures dishes such as Cafe Deco tapas selection, oysters, tandoori Himalayan chicken, Australian Angus beef and American ribeye to the new Cafe Deco to symbolise its 2 decades of strong tradition.
The original Japanese restaurant of Lan Kwai Fong and still as popular as ever, Tokio Joe offers a traditional Japanese dining experience in a comfortable, entertaining atmosphere. Chef Wah ignites the central sushi counter with his masterful skills and innovative twist on traditional sushi and sashimi. Whether you chose Omakase or à la carte, your taste buds will be blown away by the fresh ingredients and meticulous preparation. House Special Rolls and Spicy Toro Tartar are not to be missed.
Star Seafood Floating Restaurant is located in Shatin and is the only Chinese restaurant in Hong Kong which is built with granite taking on the shape of a berthing ship. The restaurant has two floors, the spacious venue can accommodate up to 120 wedding banquets. Diners can enjoy a variety of dishes with exotic and stunning views of Shing Mun River.
